The LEGO Store North Star, San Antonio TX

I always love coming to the LEGO Store, especially with do many new adult themed sets, it makes great conversation with the employees, they are always friendly and kind to help you stow away boxes until you are ready go check out. They really make you feel welcome here.

I was immediately met by a friendly associate, upon enering The Lego Store. She was able to direct me to a couple of suggested items that met my shopping needs. At the checkout the attendant there was also very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very positive shopping experience.

Ricky was very helpful when I needed to pick out a for my nephew. Lots of cool Minecraft and Starwars items, and Disney also. Highly recommend.

Was told by an employee that they don't do gift with purchase like online, and you don't get VIP points for purchases because this isn't a real Lego store. Funny, it looks exactly like a real Lego store. Other than that, the place had lots of sets, at normal online prices.

Always fun to walk through the Lego store! You can find sets that fall within most budgets, and while I won't say Lego is inexpensive.not everything is about price. It's fantastic to see a few of the assembled, premium sets on display, too!

The store was full. We had to make a line for more than 20 minutes to get in. Very clean and the clerks or workers were very helpful.

Amazing atmosphere, everything was fairly priced and the employees helped me every step of the way. The store was very clean and vivid. Employees were extremely nice and helpful. Loved the store!

The fact that they have a waiting line to enter is kind of annoying. People still get right on you and most people don't even make a purchase.

This place is really cool and gets crowded but they have a system to allow only up to a certain amount so it doesn't get too crazy. There are Lego sets here that you won't find at other retailers and some I never knew existed! Really fun place.

Good friendly service even right before Christmas when the whole world was there. The only thing that can be improved is making a real line the the check out desk. It’s hard standing in front of it in a cluster not knowing who is being helped next.

I mean come on it’s Lego. We realized we weren’t apart of the VIP club so they took care of us to change that. When finishing the process they gave us a free key ring.

Even with "controlled entrance" and max capacity of 35 guests, it still wasn't much of a wait to enter. Once in we took our time viewing all the sets on display and for sale. SUPER friendly staff that's always eager to help! Will definitely be back!

Had a great time discussing Lego with Tyler (from Miami). Awesome friendly staff, 2 Monicas were very helpful also, got a great surge of joy shopping here.

The build-a-figure choices were plentiful, hard to choose (good thing).
