The Life at Forest View, Clute TX

I lived there for two years it was like hell Roaches everywhere raccoon casually hanging out in your attic on top of that it's not safe it hub for drugs and dealers cop go there 2 to 3 times a day when it's slow. This part after contacting them they are trying to charge me $985 for loss of rent even though I left 3 days before the end of my lease and they say I didn't give them the keys even though I gave them to Cynthia on Sunday October 30th so yes think a million times before signing up with these crooks they hade a better team when I moved in but the new manager is straight up bad in the core

Horrible place, roaches everywhere, raccoons break into the roof you can hear them scratching the walls at night, dog poop everywhere outside, the pool looks like a radioactive waste dump management is absolute trash horrible horrible customer service they’ll rip you off any chance they get STAY AWAY

Rent is cheap which is nice and the apartments are nice on the inside but if you have to deal with a problem don’t even bother contacting the office, the manager was supposed to call me 3 different times which she has not and every time you ask to speak with the manager they are to busy to talk to you. THEY DO NOT GIVE THE CREDIT ON REFERRALS so don’t even bother referring someone.

PEDRO is AMAZING! He answered all my questions plus some! I had questions and ended up signing a lease same day! Cant wait to move in soon!

Pedro was very helpful and nice, made sure everything went well for me to move in how and when I wanted. Definitely recommend him as a consultant, very funny as well! Also stayed past office hours to make sure everything went right for me despite me coming in last minute

Do not move to these apartments. They will get you in and let you sign the lease quickly and then you’re stuck having to deal with the issues they do not disclose upon showing the apartments. The property is riddled with drug users, the front office staff is the most discourteous after you're committed to your lease. We had BED BUGS in one room when we moved in. One treatment was done but the follow up was never done. We had to get the place sprayed weekly for ROACHES but the very next day they were back. The front office staff also lies to your next potential landlord when contacted. The pool was down all summer, there’s feral cats running around. A homeless person OD’d in the ditch behind the property and there was an accidental suicide in the parking lot. This is not a place to raise children for even a year of their life and if I’d not been relocating for work we would have never even put in paperwork for this place. If you want the life at forest view I beg you to please set your sights at least a little higher.

Pedro was super helpful and welcoming! He answered all of our questions and reassured us of all our worries! The property is super clean and pricing is great! We hope to call this our new home soon!

We had some issues with another apartment and quickly needed a new place to stay. Pedro in the office didn’t have to take us last minute but he did and we were approved and moved in the same day! He truly cares about his tenants and puts them first. These apartments are beyond what I expected. Beautiful modern apartment and the outside is kept clean. It’s also really quiet around here which I love!

These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I highly recommend to contact Berenice for any questions or concerns she made sure I was greatly taken care of!

I toured with Bernice for a 2 bd and I was very scared as this is my first apartment in Texas. Bernice and Ronica were both super nice & offered me snacks and water. I can’t wait to live here the property looks amazing and they have 2 pool which are open year round! I love that!

This new staff is amazing! We saw them handing out to go breakfast bags Tuesday & they also served Hot breakfast too. We’ve lived here a long time and I’ve not seen the staff this warm and inviting EVER!

Nice property! There’s a playground and 2 pools Pedro gave me the best tour Tuesday & the Manager was so nice she served me a plate of hot breakfast. They we’re having a breakfast event for the residents. I can’t wait to move in 10/5!

I toured this community last week and it was fabulous! The grounds and scenery were very well maintained! I look forward to moving in!

Britney is the most sweetest person ever! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions I had and made me feel welcome from the very first conversation that we had. If you need anything or looking to rent ask for her! She is the best.
