Been here six months been having same issue since day one.they bad thing is how every office staff look me straight in faces and lied to me about problem no matter how many times I told them my cameras show nobody doing work and my ring show nobody at my door coming in my house file complaint against them what needed fix for second time was never fixed I lost a lot food personal things holes in kitchen stairs garage has mixes Luke crazy when I got beat bye one I truelly was done corporate don't answered left many messages finding them eating my hanging clothes in my purse please stay out uolding six phase 2 I pay rent early every month and have live like this but my time has come for move on I see why people moving out in middle of night skip out but people pay rent get treated like trash.when lie your resident in there face

No stars. I applied with great rental history and I have proof to show good rental history but they denied me stating I had unqualified rental history I called to provide proof of good rental history they told me they can't accept my proof. Now Im feeling like they scamming application fees. So the guy told me the only thing he can tell me is to reapply. Now I know for a fact they are scamming for application fees.

Mannnnn I tell you these the worst apartment to live in. The apartments are roach infested like the are even in the weak refrigerator. The door knob on the front door doesn't even latch. But they except rent. Y'all must be crazy. There is always someone shooting in these apartments. Bad kids everywhere breaking into cars and nothing is done. The bate is always broken. I can continue but I rather stop here. Please I repeat please do not come here.

They were Rude, took my application fee and lied and said I could move in then BOOM the person quit with me an my daughter information! I had to report it to the police smh

I recently moved into a 3 bedroom/3bathroom apartment in this community. I’ve never been more satisfied with an apartment in my life! The floor plan is spacious and functional. The Life at Timber Ridge styled the unit beautifully. The office administrators made the moving process so seamless and stress free. I LOVE IT HERE! 5 stars. Highly Recommended. Thank you, Alma! ️

So online they had several available apartments for 2 bedrooms. I inquired and received numerous of emails and text messages stating they had availability. So I was told to apply online. I did. I finally get a call saying they won’t have anything until February and I can join the waitlist. They was supposed to give call back about my refund. Didn’t hear anything. Got another email this morning saying they have units available now and to apply. Still can’t get refund for application when it was their fault for miscommunication.

So I usually never review anything, only because I am a private person, but my experience has been amazing. I have to give credit where credit is due. I have only rented once in my life and I vowed to never do it again but from day one the office staff has been amazing. They truly show you that they care, they have been as warm and inviting as anyone could hope for. I am excited to move in. The apt is exceptional, I have not moved in yet but my girls and I peeped in, and the excitement in their eyes was priceless and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. The floor plan is cute, the color scheme is modern, everything is so well kept and I can’t wait to get in there and decorate. As I said before, I haven’t moved in yet but I have no doubt that I made the right choice for my new start, because we already feel at home.

Mrs Alma and the whole staff where nice and courteous, they all treat me good, I see nothing but smile's and great people willing to help you out the best way they can.

I been trying to get in touch with the leasing office about renting a apartment but no one bothers to answer the phone or return calls

I was so amaze of the way Carlos responded to my request that guy is so awesome, After he left I went into the office and was super amaze at the girl at the front desk, Last but not forgotten, Ms, Alma and Ms Dorthea is the best thing to happen to the Life at Timber ridge. I Love the office staff.

Alma is just the sweetest little bundle of help. I feel very much at home and welcomed when. Visiting the office. I see the positive changes you guys are making to the property. Since we have been under new management. Thank you guys for you’re help and assistance. It’s greatly appreciated.

I love this place. Maintenance is super. The manager Becca and staff are the best! You would love to live here. The yard is professionally done and it's quiet here. Come be my neighbor!

A bit of a lengthy process due to them having a wait list but the property is beautiful Ms. Dorthea seems very sweet and so helpful their floor plans are amazing and the neighborhood seems very quiet. Definitely recommend. Hope to be a tenant in the near future.

I like that the apartment is spacious & that I have an attached garage. New management seems to be trying to right the wrongs of old management which is great. It’s pretty quiet for the most part no drama.

The Life at TimberRidge feels like home! The neighborhood is quiet. There’s 24 hour security. They keep the grounds clean and trash is picked up daily. The children are safe to play freely through the neighborhood. The traffic is minimal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they go out their way to make sure their residents are safe and comfortable. They communicate issues with the tenants quickly and efficiently and they aren’t a nuisance or bothersome picking with tenants about meaningless issues. They handle work orders and community repairs swiftly, professionally, and without much disruption. They even handled the COVID-19 regulations and the 2021 ice-storm very well. I’m very pleased with the new management and will stay here for many years to come.

My mom and I tried these apartments months ago and they gave us the run around. They are nice, so I decided to try again and once again I’m being told something different by different people. If you don’t have those units available like you claim just inform people so we won’t waste our time. However, since it’s under new management (from what I’m understanding) it’s understandable for there to be issues while they transition.

Ever since the new manager took over things have been getting so much better. We are getting a new fridge and sink which we have been waiting on from old mgr. And we are all getting new roofs. They are cleaning it up and to add to it, the manager is really nice and she cares.
