Been a customer of Ashley since 2016, well before she started Line Hair. I’ve had impeccable experiences getting my hair cut by her over the years.

She keeps a very good line of communication. Never had any issues with making appointments or rescheduling them. She always does a great job cutting my hair the way I ask her. Extremely friendly and pays great attention to detail. If I ever need her to do a touch up, which has been very rare maybe twice, she accommodates what I ask for.

Highly recommend anyone looking for a new hairdresser to give her a try!

Let me give you a liittle bit insight about this place. I called for a 11.30 appointment. I was given a 12.40 appointment by “Ashley” which I agreed to. Next day night I received a text saying “see u at 1.30 pm tomorrow”. I let her know that I won’t b able to make it on 1.30.she then asked me to come around anytime around 12.40 and that she will be adjusting me. In return I said I will even try to be there earlier around 11.30 ish which she agreed on. Later I got busy with something else and couldn’t come earlier and reached the salon at 12.50. “Ashley” asked me to reschedule and denied to fit me in.this is ridiculous. I have been driving so far to get it done from her.beware of these behaviors when you choose this place.will be never going to this place again and will let my friends and relatives know about such unprofessional behaviors.

I called Ashley late on a Friday afternoon desperate for a long layer cut correction. The night before I received top heavy layers that were uneven and choppy. Ashley was able to get me in within an hour so I didn't have to go another day with my hair such a mess. Knowing I'd have to lose more length, it was minimal to the 12 inches I lost overall. Not only did Ashley get me in quickly but the correction she did is absolutely gorgeous. My daughters were there and raved at how much flow and movement my new locks had. Not only did Ashley do an amazing job in 20 minutes, she also gained me as a client and my daughters.
Thank you Ashley for being available, such a gem to sit in front of and my heroine. I'll recommend you to anyone needing an amazing professional.

After a very long time (years) I seem to have found a place and a stylist who can do a good job with my hair cut! I was anxious due to so many bad experiences but Sunny is experienced and could handle thick hair and understood exactly what I wanted. She also colored my hair a second time at no charge since the first instance color was too light on the greys in my dark hair. Thank you Sunny! I’ll be seeing you again!

After long-waited appointment for my teenage son's haircut, I am wondering if these 5 star reviews are for real. Hairstylist and I communicated in Korean clearly so this was not due to lack of communication. A photo of his last haircut was shown to her and told her this was too short and asked her numerous times pls to trim and not to cut too short. Told her he wants to keep his style. She said she will do her best. Well, She kept chopping up and my son even told her to stop cutting too much. When she finally stopped and asked how his hair looked, it was already much much shorter than the last photo shown. She kept saying it looks neat. I said it looks too short. As we were leaving, she said "your son must not like his haircut", as if she did a good job but he didn't like the cut. Not too short means not too short. Trim means not chopping. Hope she learns that first.

Favorite place to get my hair done Ashley always does an amazing job and is super nice! Definitely reccomend coming here ~

Ashley and Annie are amazing as always. I’m very picky as many are with their hair. I’ve been to so many barbers and hairstylists around DFW. Now I am a regular here and so are my family. Make sure you make an appointment ahead of time. I don’t even tell them my preferences. I trust Ashley and Annie. They never let me down.

Annie and Ashley are as nice as can be. They treat me with the most patience and respect and saved my hair! 10/10 would go again

I was given the best hair cut I’ve ever had in my life. I asked for soft layers and face framing pieces, and I got exactly what I asked for. The layering is so smooth, and my hair was so soft after the appointment that I couldn’t stop touching it. The workspace was very clean and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I’m definitely coming back again! ️

Excellent service and personality. Both Ashley and Annie are amazing. Annie cut my hair and she was very detailed and dedicated. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Anne was very proffesional and took good care coloring and hair cutting. It looks like she loves her job and it shows. Both loves that worked there were always police and they do Speak pretty good english as well

Ashley is such a great hairstyle artist! She really knows what I want and always did an excellent job on my haircut. She literally spent 1 hour just cutting my hair (Bob)! I've gone to Ashley for the last five years at least! She is SO awesome and I would recommend her to anyone. She has done my digital perms, straight perms, Cinderella hair treatments, hair cuts, trims, root colors, blow outs and more! Just like K beauty took the storm in the US, K hair has so many healthier options for achieving the latest trends and styles and Ashley is well trained and experienced with all of it. She has also cut my kids' hair as well as my husbands! I also recommend the stylist Annie at The Line Hair! They are both so skilled, sweet and you won't be disappointed!
