Mrs. Nancy in the Leasing Office is amazing. She possessed amazing customer service and was very helpful when helping me gather my paper work to get approved. Everytime I called she answered the phone with a positive attitude and was very considerate of my personal situation. I love the unit floor plan that I chose and I cannot wait to move in.

I just moved here and i really like my apartment! Nancy was so helpful through out the whole move in process. This was the perfect spot! Im literally close to everything! If your looking for somewhere nice and affordable then this could be the place for you too! Go see Nancy! She will definitely take care of you.

If you are looking for a place to live where no one answers the phone, gates broken and left wide open. And where all appliances are broken the day you move in then this is the place for you. Both sinks leaking into the cabinets dishwasher broken. Oven broken and all taken weeks to even look into it. When asked if they could fix the gate they said we have a police officer living here so we are safe. While my neighbor wakes up the next day to her car broken into

The lady at the front office nancy Zuniga is very helpful because she gave me a tour of the apartments and she answered all my questions. Thank you nancy

First of all, the apartment is so nice and spacious, the complex is not too big to where you will be a “lost” tenant and the process was so easy, what more could you ask for? Oh a friendly, confident, leasing agent, well she is in the office Nancy Zuniga is available and will see you through from start to finish, she made everything painless! I would definitely recommend The Lodge at El Doraldo, it quiet and cozy! Even the maintenance men walk the property, so I am almost positive if you need anything you can always wave one down (if it is a small quick fix) and they are available!

Came by the lodge and I was assisted by Melissa, she was amazing & answered all my questions. If you are looking for an apartment ask for Melissa.

To the point, the reason I'm reviewing today is in hopes that someone from the office reads this. I decided to use the fitness room this morning and it was locked from the inside. The door says hours Mon-Sun 4am to 12am (weird schedule btw), I went by at 8am and ITS CLOSED. No surprise really. It's not the first time I go by during "open" hours only to realize that it's closed. Am I missing something?

Almost a year here and I’ve never had any type of problem no roach infested apartment the price is reasonable and a steal only thing is a minus the gate stays broken more than a few times and the water gets shut off a lot but I’m at work so no biggie I’d recommend these apartments though more plus than minuses

This place is a dump.management are careless about maintenance, continuously calling to report the same issues but no one cares.

NEVER any notice when the water is turned off. NEVER any hot water when you need it ALL phone calls to the office go unanswered.

Judy is so sweet she helped through the process. Ask for her or Gabby both sweet girls. I love living here so far. Everyone has been great with me no problems. Don't listen to the negative reviews and come check them out for yourself. I got referred her through a friend and i was kind of skeptical at first but not even the flag issue is true. I've seen several residents here with the American Flag hanging on their balconies.

Do not move here. You are not allowed to put up an American flag because of Muslims living in the apartments. Last time I heard this was the United States not some village in the middle east. I hope they get sued over this. It's disgusting.

These are the scumbags that forced a tennent to remove an American flag because it offended Muslims. They are sick. Don't give them a dime. Boycott the property management company and the realtor. Let's see how offended they are when they're bankrupt

They are pro terrorist Muslims and do not stand with Americans. They want all terrorists Muslims in their apartment complex and do not want any Americans. All Americans you know what to do with this apartment complex!

Wondering why the management/office staff are not doing damage control by at least attempting to reply to these reviews? I was looking to move here but have to decline as they don't even attempt to try and work solutions to the disappointment the residents appear to be having. The Lodge needs to realize in the age of technology that the FIRST thing people do when looking for an apartment is read the reviews! Wake up Lodge! These people pay your salary!

Will definitely be renewing again. Don't listen to this reviews about the American Flag. RESEARCH, read the article of when it originally happened and you will see it has nothing to do with the new owners.

By far the best apartments! I walked in the office and was immediately helped by one of the employees. I think her name was Judy (I'm bad with names). But anywho, it was great service overall! Love love love! I will highly recommend to friends!
