8Stacy Babaz took the time to help me even though my particular situation could not be addressed through the firm. Usually when there is no chance of remuneration there is also no chance of getting help. This was not the case this time.
Have a case of not overtime and incorrect pay for 9 months. Well into 12000, they werent interested in because it wasnt feasible. Contact was also very rude. Had to explain simple.things over and over
She was recently dealing with a case that I was involved with and I could not get her to return emails or any phone calls. She pushed the entire case to the wayside and did not speak to any victims in the case. If she does not want to or know how to she just pushes things to the side not caring what happens to the people involved. Sadly, someone who was in the wrong got off on no charges due to her not wanting to do her job. Be very careful with this one if you choose her for representation.
We live in another state, but my husband's company sent him to work in Texas for 6 months. With the laws being completely different from our home state, it was nice to speak to a professional that could put us at ease and explain the laws to us.
