The Lung & Sleep Center of North Texas, Fort Worth TX

I came here after my pulmonologist stopped taking my insurance mid last year. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but if you really need a lung/sleep study doctor. Seek elsewhere!

I've only interacted with the actual doctor Nair once, and he seemed nice enough the PA lectured me on my weight twice for 20 minutes each time I saw him.

I had a sleep study done on October 30,2020. Didn't hear anything from his office about my BiPap order until mid-January 2021, filled by another doctor he partners with. Kinda sad to be treated like this.

The lack of professionalism, organization, and communications from his office is why I am leaving this review.

No callback after 3 weeks waiting for equipment to arrive for home sleep study.
When called office, was told that item was on back order, and would be available the following week. Not so.
Totally ridiculous waste of money for office to not be on top of this.

Friendly staff and excellent patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Nair & his nurse practitioner, Jeremiah.

It has been 2 weeks since my appointment with Dr Kim and the office staff here can't coordinate my testing the Dr.ordered. Useless! I have been having lung problems since March and these office ladies act like it's no big deal that I am calling daily to tell them that the imaging office ISN'T receiving the CT SCAN orders they CLAIM to be sending over. Don't waste your time here, good doctor incompetent office staff!

Dr. Nair is the guy to see if you have lung problems. He is the best. His staff is kind and patient. They care about you at this office and never make you feel rushed. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have an excellent team behind me. There are days when I get down and Dr. Nair knows how to lift me back up.

Dr. Nair is the best. The level of CARE and DEDICATION to his patients is UNMATCHED. He is very thorough and never seems rushed and is always willing to answer as many questions as I have (which explains the waiting time). I went in for a pulmonary nodule and he decided to perform a bronchoscopy. Andrea was very efficient in getting the procedure authorized through my insurance carrier and scheduled at the hospital. Dr. Nair has coordinated all of my follow up care and if I have any issues, I know I can get help from this incredible doctor and his staff. I feel very FORTUNATE to have had him as my physician and HIGHLY RECOMMEND his clinical services.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Nair today. He took the time to talk me and explain my test results in great detail. He was attentive and very present in our conversation and answered my questions. He provided helpful suggestions and alternatives. I left his office feeling very satisfied with my visit and the proposed treatment plan.
