What a shady medical office. After waiting 3 months for a confirmed appointment, I was expecting to be attended by a medicine doctor. Turns out they had me scheduled with a practitioner nurse. Patients should be treated with respect, specially if they are dealing with a serious health condition and wanting to be seeing by a medicine doctor with the proper education, not a nurse. Stay away from this office and don’t trust your health to this kind of practice.

My name is Simona Cortés. I am a 75 yr.old patient of Dr. Kim suffering of Asthma since childhood. I visit the Alliance office and can only offer words of praise about this practice. During my life I have visited more than my share of Pulmonologists and know what a good one should offer. Dr. Kim is an excellent physician. I went to him after a hospitalization for pneumonia and a flare up of my Asthma. He changed my treatment protocol with excellent results. His demeanor and bed manner are wonderful. I just walked out of their office today because I caught some bug and mind you, just after the long Thanksgiving week-end they squeezed me in for an appointment! Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable in his field and a caring good listener. The Staff at this office are great. The P. A. Sandra is also wonderful and knowledgeable. The Front Desk staff Alejandra and Ali are always friendly and willing to help.

My mom had multiple respiratory issues for 15+ years with no real solution until she was referred to Dr. Kim in July 2023. Dr. Kim immediately diagnosed the root cause for her illness. NP Sandra Kingsbury took on my mom's case and worked tirelesly on finding the best regimen that would restore my mom's quality of life. The care that NP Sandra shows toward my mom is above and beyond our expectation! She is the epitome of "do unto others as you would want others to do unto you". It has only been 3 months since the initial visit with Dr. Kim, but the results so far are absolutely amazing! Dr Kim and NP Sandra are ROCK STARS in my book! I highly recommend them.

Staff was very helpful and professional and Dr Nair address all issues and concerns I had. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. I experience was above what I expected.

Dr. Kim is the BEST Lung Doctor EVER! AND his Assistant Sandra Kingsbury is absolutely excellent! She has done so much to help me.
This Team puts my last doctor to shame!

The staff was courteous and helpful, but the best part of the visit was Dr. Nair. It is rare that you find a great doctor like Dr. Nair. He was so thorough. He took the time to explain every test result and to educate me on my health struggles. He put a plan together to help ensure to keep me out of the hospital. I really feel like if I need anything at all Dr. Nair himself will be there for me as well as his staff. He literally does telehealth calls after clinic has closed at 5 PM. He will call every one of his patients back that are on his list even if it’s 7 PM at night… who does that anymore? My experience with calling doctors offices is you go back-and-forth talking to the nurse who then talks to the doctor and this sometimes takes days due to the back and forth nature…it is absolutely clear that this will not be an issue with Dr. Nair. I feel extremely fortunate that I stumbled across such a great doctor. You can tell in his personal life he probably has a million friends as I know I would easily be his friend as well.

For Dr Kim’s offices, everyone was helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you Dr Kim for all you’ve done to help me

Dr. Kim and his staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Kim is a break of fresh air with his suggestions to treat my severe asthma aggressively.

I have yet to see Dr. Nair. My appointments have been cancelled 3 times now to reschedule as initial patient and the staff is very unprofessional when addressing this concern. The doctors bio stated his patients are his top focus, but that has not been provided. I have been referred by my pcp to see this doctor for a medical reason and has gone disregarded. My pcp has also contacted the office to advise of the importance of being seen, and again has gone disregarded. A doctor who is accredited to be so great, needs to take a second look at the reviews of disappointing patients. If you have a serious medical condition, apparently this is not the practice you should go to. Not to mention how rude the staff is when you speak to them. Not a great office to go to! Not to mention I am sure they don’t even care about written reviews.
