10I have lived in this apartment complex for three years and moved out as scheduled. I was charged $660 for two days. It should be noted that it has been 10 days since I moved out and they are increasing the price every day. I noticed other residents in the comments section had the same experience. I haven't breached the contract these two days. This is the scheduled time. During the three years they stayed, they only knew how to collect money but kept delaying room repairs. The microwave and dishwasher have been out of service for two years. They were informed of the situation but did not schedule repairs. Both bedrooms have no lights but have fake switches. Suffice to say, my family and I had a terrible experience staying at this apartment. There are also outdoor public trash cans that are often delayed in cleaning, making the sanitary environment unsatisfactory.
They have a very Machiavellian way of stealing money from people who apply.first they tell you, come with just your passport and a work letter and pay the application online and in 3 days we will give you a response, they spend weeks waiting and then they ask you for a number of requirements that they knew from the beginning that you did not have in order to deny you the application and steal your money.it is easy money I have thought about setting up an office just like them and taking advantage of people but I think I could not be so shameless, it is not easy scam someone who is looking for a roof over their heads for their newborn baby. The person in charge of administration is totally racist when it comes to Latinos but he does like to steal our money.
Management needs to get it together. I moved out in August at the end of my lease but they still are trying to charge me rent. After my apartment flooded and they refused to fix the hole in the ceiling and they refuse to give me my deposit back or do anything to make things right. Do not give these crooks your money!
Management was amazing helped my process to move in go smooth apartments are renovated they look amazing. Definitely recommend these apartments and management made you feel welcomed.

Friendly and courteous maintenance crew
Corporate policies prevent people from making a security deposit. The maintenance crew is understaffed and severely overworked. You will have roaches now and again and will be expected to deal with them on your own.
Appliances like the stove and dishwasher are old, rusty, and falling apart.
I had a smoke detector fall out of the ceiling with its mount and all in February 2022 and it was not replaced until May 2022.
Was denied a lease renewal because they wanted to renovate the apartment that I was told had been renovated before I moved in
Try to avoid this place if you can find anywhere else.
Update 12/9/2022: They turned my final bill over to collections without ever giving me any notice for it.
Update 12/14/2022: They are working with me to get the final balance worked out. Seems it got sent to collections by error
They have too bad customer service, they do not have a good administration, they do not have maintenance staff, the apartments or a mousetrap, a cockroach, and on top of that, there are bedbugs in the apartments, when one goes to complain about something, they will make a report, it takes 3 months to attend to what I am saying, that is A short time I was like 6 months without water in my kitchen I reported it dated August 15 I arrived in December and the lady from the Administration did not solve anything for me Just telling me that she did not have maintenance personnel too bad service if it could be given less than one star I would
