First - Laura Parisi is THE blessing to this complex. I could go on&on, but I’ll sum it up: Extremely Delightful, Incredibly Considerate, Thoroughly Knowledgeable, Pleasant, Very Understanding, Excellence in Customer Service and above all, Entirely Respectful & Professional.

Mnt Crew: A solid core group that maintains the Heartbeat of Mag on 4th. Always a pleasure to listen to reasoning of repairs (which I believe is going ‘The Extra Mile’ because I’m aware that is appreciated and speaks volumes on their dedication).

I could go on&on!
The tree job being done within 1 week of new management/ownership.
Landscaping has increased. New mailbox as centralized location. Over head parking being executed. New Siding. Removal of Old Satellites. New Toilets. New Electrical Components.

I’m very pleased to be living @ Mag on 4th, ever since Laura came back, and new ownership has made a positively evident impact!

Jennifer is the new manager and since day one she has been the most respectful and professional manager we’ve had. She wanted to listen and help with any issues we might have. Love her!

I WANT TO FIRST START BY SAYING THAT JENNIFER IS THE MOST AMAZING LEASING AGENT THAT IVE EVERRRR ENCOUNTERED! IF I COULD GIVE HER 20 STARS I WOULD, THERE IS NO SCALE TO RATE HOW AMAZING HER ENERGY WAS TODAY 9/6/2022. Her personality is AWESOME, she was friendly from the moment we first spoke, very very thorough and answered every single one of my questions phenomenally. She made me feel like The MAGNOLIA ON 4TH was home. It goes without saying that this property does need a lot of work but to see all the construction and Ms. Jennifer talking about the amazing changes that's about to happen and we cannot wait to see what the new owners will do to this property. I'm am grateful me and my wife called and stopped in today we would have never gave this Property a second look if it wasn't for Jennifer professionalism. Oh not to mention the LOCATION is perfect! JENNIFER YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If you are interested in touring please ask for Jennifer, she will answer all of your questions to the best of her ability!

I am already so happy with the management team on site. She is super professional, kind, understanding, and making huge progress with cleaning and updating the complex. I’m happy to be renting here.

As far as maintenance whenever I turn a request they do come and do what they have to do, Jennifer is helpful and kind to me she helps me out a lot

Awful. Been here little over a month and it’s been one thing after another. Upstairs toilet doesn’t work. Had our gas shut off for a week and a half. There’s water seeping through the floors on 1st level. The apartment was never cleaned before I moved in. And there’s no such thing as maintenance around here either. There’s also very visible previous water damage on ceilings! People in office are no help because they never have a clue what’s going on either. This is going to be a long 11 months

I moved in when the apartments were in the process of being bought so I’ve gotten to experience the awful and now the good. The new management is all about the future and making the Magnolias on 4th great! I’ve lived here my whole life in brownwood and never has this complex been the best but I believe with the new owners and wonderful new staff it’s something we’ll finally get to witness and also experience.

Jennifer Watson is our new apartment manager and she is amazing! Super friendly and helpful all in all has been an amazing experience! 10/10 I would recommend checking it out!

Speaking from the experience of the new management team, Ince Property Management, these apartments are getting the attention it deserves with a wonderful staff present. Yesterday I went to pay my rent and Jennifer Watson the New Property Manager was so polite and nice. She got my account started instantly and reassured that the apartments will be getting upgrades (it’ll be a process but better late than never). Thorton’s tree service has been wonderful as well, they’ve been servicing the yard maintenance here at the apartments and making it look brand new again. I have high hopes for what these new owners are putting into the apartments of The Magnolia On 4th!

We just moved in about 2 weeks ago, and the new management came about a week ago. They have been so amazing and so nice! I cant wait to see the changes to come!

I’ve only been here four months and I can tell that things are starting to look up since the new owners has taken over. There has already been noticeable improvements on the grounds. Jennifer has hit the ground running since the minute she got here. Keep up the good work. I hope to continue to see more improvements happening.

These apartments are absolutely disgusting I have black mold in my apartment and currently sick because of it I have given the company a 3 week grace period to fix the hot water, plumbing, and cleaning issues yet absolutely nothing was done about it and when I continually pushed the issues to be fixed the lady in the office quit. They violated health and safety laws with not coming out and making 100% sure the apartment I’m in is up to par. The only thing they did right was getting a cleaning company to come out, these are pictures even after they cleaned the apartment.

They should have a good management to manage this apartment don’t be too cheap to fix the problems in the apartment they should have a maintenance service and make the apartments look nice so more costumer would like to rent it. Pls fix everything and have a renovation. Make it clean and nice or else it will be close

BEWARE STAY AWAY

No this review is not going to be removed. Everyone deserves the truth before considering moving here. New management at southside village sucks especially Christina. She is a Habitual Liar. She tried accusing us of things that aren't true. Our window was broken into and they REFUSED TO FIX IT. AND in our apartment they have spent 3 weeks trying to renovate from severe water damage from the neighbors upstairs. And there is still a mess. Just today my wife came home and the people cleaning used our Baby's Burp rags to clean they're messes. Then left the front door wide open when they left. Now Christina tries lying and saying I was there this morning. Thats not even true because I no longer live there anymore since a week ago.

I live here the rent is pretty pricy for the age and condition of the units manager is very hard working and attentive
