Very over priced and doesn't care what they charge or how long it takes.then I discover that they fraudulently ACH my account with out authorization so now I have to make fraud claim with the bankand report it to the Federal Reserve as well as Better Business Bureau.bad business practices.

There are always three or more people in the cleaning crew. They’re efficient, polite, and friendly. I appreciate that I can add on services like cleaning the oven or refrigerator when needed. They do a great job.

Excellent service! The Team were very professional and friendly. They performed exceptionally and I am so happy to have found them. Fast but very thorough cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Great service and professionalism are hard to come by and these ladies did not disappoint. Used twice for last minute cleanings and were very accommodating, exceeding my expectations with the amount of detail. Would definitely recommend.

I like to say that I love this business. The employees are very nice, and want to get things right. Always asking if I want to check out the work before they go. I trust them and they always do a great job. No need to check. Daniella and her team are always professional and friendly. Great company they do the blinds, top of refrigerator and clean thoroughly. Trustworthy and dedicated to performing an excellent job. Management checks in and stops by every so often to make sure I am satisfied. The staff surprised me with a card and roses for birthday. Where will you get this kind of treatment other than this company

These women (team lead Daniela) worked ALL DAY on my house, which was in a terrible mess. They were friendly and careful and were very nice to my dog. Thank you!

The Maids were hired to do one bedroom and a bath and a half, but since I was paying for an amount of time and the team was so efficient, they had time left over and added in some extra work so that I got the time I paid for. They did a great job, and the house smells amazing!

We did an initial deep clean back in March and we’ve had monthly cleans since then. They always do an amazing job. Everything looks and smells so clean. The staff is friendly and fast.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a complete scam! The owner Derk will rip you off and steal your money. My cleaning was scheduled for the week before Easter weekend. I was quoted for 5,500 sq ft, but was told I would ONLY get charged for the sq ft that was actually cleaned. Sounds 100% logically to charge in that manner. I was also told that 3-4 cleaning ladies would be working and it would take 3-4 hours max. ONLY TWO ladies showed up with a third half way through. Do to them being short staffed (an error on the owners part, but he just wanted to collect as much money as possible even if it meant the customers would suffer) I told them to ONLY clean HALF of the house. I specifically asked them to focus on the floors and dusting, including dusting ALL the fake plants. It ended up taking closer to 6 hours to get the job done, even though half the house was cancelled. When I saw all the issues, which are included below, I called the owners number but it went straight to voicemail. I was told that he was out of town. When they finally reached back out they said they would not be able to make it back before the EASTER weekend and that they could come back the following week. The owner then messaged me the following week after I tried confirming when they would come and said that they would not be coming out since we had our family over for Easter and that they would essentially be "cleaning our mess. " FYI dust wouldn't collect that fast in 1 day before you all would come back out. You're just lazy and greedy. I also asked to verify with the owner that I would ONLY be charged for what was cleaned and the owner said that the price that was "quoted" was generous and that he could reimburse me $400 for the issues with the job. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. I shouldn't have been charged for the half of the house that wasn't cleaned! And the only reason it took so long was because the job wasn't staffed correctly. The owner Derk just wanted our money in his pockets. I have never done a negative review before because I'm very understanding of situations, but this so called owner is a con artist. I will make sure that anyone I speak to knows of this horrible business and stays away.

It's funny how the owner replied to this post, but didn't even acknowledge the fact that he charged me for FULL price when only HALF the house was cleaned. You can already see how he's a scammer. I even stated in my comment that there were only 2 that arrived until half way when the third arrived. The time and amount of people that cleaned is factual. He's just trying to save face. And "you don't dust the plants" that's literally why we paid for the "deep clean. " And if for some ridiculous reason your company stops dusting at fake plants and accessories in the home, your head cleaner should of stated that when i expressed my need for the dusting and floors to be thoroughly cleaned. You're a joke. Yes I wasn't there at the time of the cleaning, I guess it was my fault for finding your company and thinking that you all would do your job correctly the first time.

Such a great team, definitely recommend it to everyone, they helped my mom during her recovery during surgery and she was so happy with everything.

The Maids always find ways to amaze me over and over again. I am so thankful for all the hard work and consistently they show during each cleaning. Thank You!

There is no price to what these ladies did for me and my family. The past 2 weeks had been super stressful as everyone were sick with colds. I live alone in San Antonio with my 2 toddlers working from home full time and watching them simultaneously. I let go of the house and I was on the edge of a mental breakdown. These ladies saved me from that. They went above and beyond expectations! In less than 2 hours they cleaned completely my house and picked up my House to where I could see the floor/carpet again. They left me overwhelmed in tears with joy and gratitude. Thank you so much. You have a faithful customer here!

I like to say that if not for Derek (the owner) and the ladies and man who came over within 3 hours and may I say did an excellent job, I would have been in a bind. Thank you so very much. I will be a loyal customer from now on.

We have been very pleased with the cleaning services provided by The Maids. They do a thorough and efficient job of cleaning our home. A team of the same four people come every two weeks and they wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers. I feel very safe with them in the house as they are taking all the proper precautions including social distancing. The owner, Monica Ramirez, is very easy to work with. I highly recommend The Maids for your cleaning needs.

It's such a wonderful thing to come home to a completely clean house after a long day of work! The maids are a gift from heaven! They clean my house every other Friday and it is my favorite day of the week!
