The Marq Apartments, Dallas TX

I’ve been here 3 years and It’s been a good experience. For an older apartment complex it’s not bad and they’ve made some improvements along the way. I’ve had some minor annoyances but besides that, it’s pretty decent for the price and for the area. At one point there was a really bad roach problem but I’ve barely seen any this year so far. Ive never had issues with the ladies in the office. They’ve always been really nice and willing to work with me if there was ever an issue. It’s a smaller complex so it’s pretty quiet and neighbors seem to mind their business. At least on the side I was on. Also the older maintenance man has always been reliable and quick with repairs which is a major plus.

Read the reviews, trust us not worth it at all. Been with them for 4 years & they’ll charge you for everything, but can’t keep the parking lots clean. Roaches everywhere. When my apartment got filled with smoke (from an apartment below burning), when I got broken in. They did nothing.

They painted the floor to make it look new omg our socks and feet's were super black.the previous renters had pets they didn't change the carpet we had to do a power wash because our allergies were crazy, mold coming out around the windows our shower's. We informed them of ceiling leaks since September/2022 and still haven't gotten fix we called for our stove not working the maintenance guy said it was normal because it's old to use the other size. Omg and we have spray all over the apartment it's full of roaches waiting for our lease to be over
