The Marq on Voss, Houston TX

We have lived here for 4 years. Twice my vehicle was towed inadvertently. Four times they lost my packages. The gate is always broken. There is no security to speak of. Slow response time to apartment issues. Very little communication. In other words, I do not recommend anyone to live here.

Hallways littered with trash at all times. Gates often broken. Lots of vandalism/car break-ins. Too expensive for what it is. Very small apartments.

I have been living in this complex since four years, now it is my 3rd apartment, complex is super clean management is good, staff is more than excellent all of the them, they are very helpful and cooperative recently have the valet trash which is another good service to the complex, maintenance is exceed expectations and very quick upon request
Prices are good because you pay for what you have
I would recommend this complex for everybody

They are very irresponsible. I was applying for two weeks and they always sent me incomplete information. One day I spoke with a person another day with another and that way they had me. For then they told me that I lacked some information and that I could not apply and from the beginning I said I did not have that information. They wasted time. Anyway before applying be sure of what they demand and call every time.

Had some issues with my apartment in the beginning of my lease but management definitely did their end to make things right. Management is great and the units are very nice.
