There is a woman in the office who lied about apartment availability for whatever reason, saying that a deposit had already been placed by someone else. Two days later, we find that a deposit had not been placed and that it had been available.

I recently had problems with my toilet over the holiday. Soon after I reported it David the maintenance Rep responded. I was very impressed with David and management. I give credit to David for getting the job done.and the management for hiring the right people to do the job.

*Hot Waters Issue Continues*
I've been living here since Sep 7, main issue and what always seems to be the issue is hot water, at least in my unit. I have emailed Management countless times, I can confidently say I've had more cold water than hot water since my stay. When the cold front happened I had hot water for maybe a week, and now it's back to cold as of Nov 7 after apparently fixing the issue for the back buildings, does not seem fixed to me. And no communication regarding the issue so far.

No issue with maintenance team, service request take their time. They are nice ppl.

I’ve been living here since 07/2023

1. My move in was a mess apartment was not ready. Was going back and forward all day until they were able to get me a temporary apartment. I was unable to unpack anything for week. No compensation or anything was done for the bad experience I had moving in. So much more details but to much to type.
2. When I was finally able to settle in my actual apartment maintenance left washer and dryer in my living room for about a week and half. Had to put input tickets for setup and kept getting marked as completed while job wasn’t being completed. Ended up needing to go to the office to see what was going on.
3. Tickets are being marked complete when no repair or change has been made
4. Maintenance team are kind people and always willing to help but I don’t feel at least ON MY EXPERIENCE that they’re attending at a good pace to tickets. I inputted my tickets almost 2 weeks ago and yet to see any repairs be made.

5. Roaches are issue

6. Water issues

7. I don’t really feel welcome when going to the office feels more like I’m bothering when going to ask questions

The hot water is gone at least 3 to 4 times a week. All they can tell you is they are sorry and working on the issue. This issue is on going.

We have had plumbing issues, however in all honesty our Emergencies are met right away. We call and are answered with expedite service DAVID our on site Emergency Maintenance comes in with a smile and tends to our needs right away. Maxwell is improving everyday.

If there were a way I can give this place a zero star I would, I moved in three months ago and regret it.
1. Every month hot water runs out for at least two to three days, sometimes even more. Somedays you wake up in the morning, hot water is running but by the evening it is out. People cannot live like this; it is cold outside, and I have to use boiled water to take a shower. They always send messages saying that they have plumbers working on the hot water line, but they never fix it. I go to work in the morning and when I come home, I just want to take a hot shower and rest, but I must boil water or sometimes I go take a shower at my parents' house.
2. Ever since I moved in here, my toilet water run continuously and flushes by itself, and sometimes it makes loud noises that I can't even sleep at night. I made a service request but there is no response.
3. The day I signed my lease, the property staff told me that the fitness center is open 24/7 but every time I tried to use it, the doors are always locked. And every time I call the front office, no one answers, so unprofessional.
4. There are a lot of stray cats everywhere, most of the time I open the door and there are two or three cats by my doorstep trying to get in.
5. I wish that I had read the reviews before signing my lease, I regret it, I cannot live like this. So, to whoever is reading this and is trying to move in here, please reconsider, it is not a good place to live.
Update: I have been having rat problems in my apartment for months and it’s getting worse, they sent the exterminator to spray everywhere but it doesn’t fix the problem, the rat are still coming in, I bought rat traps myself and every morning for the pass week I see a rat trap in the traps. I had to clean out my pantry because they are getting into my food, eating my fruit, and pooping everywhere. It’s unsanitary, I've told the staff members but they don't care. I can not wait to move out of this ridiculous place.

Jackie, Sky even the new girl Shawna are really great and work hard to ensure were taken care of. The Maintenace man Bano treats everybody fair and responds to calls in timely manner David the Groundskeeper is the best always willing to help and he ensures our swimming pools are clean and neat.

Honestly the Maintenance people are really good here. Bano fixed my fridge, my sink, and my dishwasher all in one day. They are all super kind and very helpful. 5 out of 5 overall great service EDITED: On another note. The front office is super helpful! Shout out to Jacki! She is super helpful and super nice! She has made my first apartment experience wonderful:)

I would never recommend these apartments I moved in October 2022 and my water is always off and if it is on it’s cold water or only straight hot water that I’m unable to shower in.it’s going to be a year next month so it never got resolved, I’ve put in request that maintenance never does, these apartments are disgusting once I moved into my unit it was like they never cleaned it from previous residents there is mold all thru out the apartment.they try to charge for any minor inconvenience that we put on them but when they cause inconvenience to us they want us to still pay and also always closing the office an hour early then when it’s supposed to be.so ready to move out worse experience ever

I would this place a negative 5 star I'd I could.what is the point of paying the complex for water usage if it is off more that it is on.who wants to come home from work and not be able to shower. What's the point of paying the complex for trash valet when the cats get to it before the pick up people do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, worst year I've had living somewhere.

Maintenance Tech David helped me out with my AC when it was 90 degrees in my apartment. He was professional, proficient and fast. Really appreciate him coming out on a Sunday afternoon to install a window unit for my apartment.

I wanted to take the time out to mention David the maintenance man and compliment his knowledge of whats going on in the complex. Out of all the guys that work here he is the only one that could answer my question concerning the hot water in the complex. He was even able to elaborate and tell me how many boiler rooms is on the property and where they are doing construction at in the complex. Thanks for always going that extra mile.

This is the worst apartment ever. The hot water is never working so many things in the apartment are broken. The pools are always closed. The garbage disposal has no blades. The AC unit is leaking condensation and the filter is the wrong size and covered in mold. There’s always trash all over the parking lot and grass. The gates haven’t worked since I moved in. They add on random charges to your rent. The communication sucks.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Since Harbor Group has taken over the property, there have been many changes for the better! I appreciate how attentive and prompt the office staff and maintenance crew is. Thank goodness for the change, Im glad to renew my lease knowing it will only get better.

Apparently they’re upgrading the pool furniture. David (one of the guys working) was nice enough to let me have a table and some chairs for my patio.

I put in a work order for our air conditioner, and Lorenzo Martinez came to check it. He came by several times to see if it was cooling. But it wasn't. He finally came by and told us he talked to his manager and had ordered a new air conditioner for inside and out. We were so happy. He came by afterward to see how the new unit was. It was very cold and better than the previous unit. I also put a maintenance order for our refrigerator. Lorenzo Martinez showed up to check out the refrigerator. The next day, Lorenzo Martinez fixed our refrigerator problem. He is very quick at responding to work orders. When he saw me again after those work orders, he asked me how everything was working? I've lived here3 years. I've never had my work orders worked on so quickly. Great job, Lorenzo Martinez! You are the best!

Save yourself from the headaches. It's the worst here. Never any hot water and people don't know how to park either. Even with the newly done parking lot and you can clearly see the lines. Just because you drive a certain make/model vehicle doesn't mean it's better than your neighbors vehicles. Nothing worse than coming home from long day at work and have to park 2 buildings down because the only open space is taken by a rude neighbor who either don't know how to park or parks in both spaces on purpose. Either way be aware and check it before you go inside.
