Chance and his team never ceased to amaze me and if I was to experience an auto accident, an incident at work that leaves me hurt or disabled, or any other casualty or calamity where I need immediate care and appropriate financial compensation, I won’t hesitate to think of The McMillan Law Firm

Very unprofessional! This firm NEVER calls back and whenever I try to call to get answers everyone is at lunch (at 4pm?) or is not in the office due to COVID. I get the COVID thing but whats the excuse for the entire YEAR before COVID happened when I could not even get a valid email address to stay in contact with my case manager (which was also changed more times than i could count, with nobody letting me know). I am removing my case from this firm and will be giving it to someone else.

This law firm is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are not all on the same page. One may tell you one thing. While another tells you totally different. While waiting on my check we were told we could come and pick it up. But as soon as the checks hit there office we were told hr decides and she said no. I don’t know why I gave 2 stars because they aren’t even worth that.

Very unprofessional. No one at this firm returns phone calls or emails. My daughter's case has been passed from one person to the next four times now due to turnover. Everyone is always "at lunch or in meetings. " Her car accident was over six months ago, and we have yet to speak to an actual LAWYER. We are pulling our case and going elsewhere for legal representation. Total waste of time.
