The Mirabel Apartments, Fort Worth TX

Worse apartment ever they have roaches and rats and they won't fix shiiiit. If I could give them 0 I would and they probably don't deserve that do not rent from these apartments, all they gone do is take your money.

Roaches they want come spray trash everywhere bad kids maintenance don’t fix anything these apartments needs to be shut down update review I don’t understand why they make you pay water in the water never works they keep changing staff this place is a mess I will be calling code compliance about not having any hot water

Very good spacious rooms, very clean & nice, the manager Alejandra is very nice, respectful I love the apartments

ALEJANDRA GUERRERO is so amazing finally we have some one in office that goes over and beyond for Everyone in the Apts I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE RENOVATIONS/UPGRADES TOO ALL OF THE UNITS I KNOW ITS GOING TO TAKE TIME KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU SHOULD BE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH LATISHA MCCRAY CURRENTLY RENTING

I went to the office the other day and the person in the office was very nice her name is Alejandra she really took care of the problem we had I really think she is the best also I really recomend these appartments

Alejandra has been most kind in assisting with my apartment needs.from assisting with setting up online acct/payments to info on service requests. All staff have been very kind.

I love the new management! I am very satisfied with the new changes they are making, Alejandra is so sweet she’s so beautiful and she’s doing so much to make the best of the community and she’s very understanding. The Mirabel Apartments is where your next home should be for a new start

They tow cars even if you register your car everybody windows are messed up patios are cracked some people don’t even have a patio they will not put new ones up the news people even came out whoever bought these apartments have alot of work to do with the property they need to remodel these apartments are just shut them down these apartments are always under new management also everyone blinds are messed up make the property looks like the projects

It's impossible to even get them on the phone. They don't update any of their information on renting sites either.

Unfortunately you have to leave at least 1 star. This place deserves less! They always have water issues, maintenance is SLOW, and sometimes you can't even get into the property because the gate stops working. The people living here all have some kind of "problem" and living off of section 8 so they get special treatment unlike the ppl who actually pay rent.

I called to inquire about availability and I wouldn’t even move there based on the service I received on the phone. The woman was not polite or professional in her tone. If you’re going to be working with people for extended periods of time or potentially leasing to new residents, it’s better to practice professionalism.
