The Mirage Apartments, Arlington TX

I lived here less than 1 month in 2021 and they still continue to charge me garbage and apartment fees. ; When I DON'T LIVE THERE, I wrote a letter at that time about inhumane conditions, cockroaches, the complex was destroyed, they took the water every day, the administration has 0 empathy and they even stole $200 from my car in the same complex (they opened it for me) I have documents for everything, I am calling and no one answers, if it is not resolved I will go LEGAL.

It's a very bad place to stay, water shut down without prior notice for more than 24 hours.

My mother lives on this property and I have heard nothing but good things I appreciate how kind they are to my mother. Especially Ashley, when it comes to being patient and understanding of our circumstances.

The truth is that I do not recommend these apartments, I have lived there for a year and 10 months and they are always vilely high, plus I have thousands of cockroaches and they don't catch anything. Besides, every month they change management, there is a lot of instability, you report something and a month later there is another management and they only tell you that they are new and right now I received a charge of more than 2,500 dollars that I have to pay. And they only laugh at one. PEOPLE THINK BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE. IT IS INFECTED WITH COCKROACHES AND CHINCES. TAKE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY FROM POSSIBLE COCKROACH AND BED BUGS DISEASES

I do not recommend it, it is infected with spoons, I have been here for a few months and I can't stand it and I want to move since each month there is a different fee in the contract it says a rate but each month they raise it apart from the fact that the air conditioning in hot weather does not work I went About six times they came and said it was fine, I turned it on, gladly, because it doesn't run cold and I get more than 100 days of light. The stove looks like they picked it up from the trash. The burners have no use for thousands of cockroaches. I went to say that the They will change and just because it works they said it's not disgusting to cook there they towed my car because they didn't warn them that they would bring in the tow truck they can't visit you because they take your visitors' cars don't move here I'm telling you from my own experience the cockroaches sleep with you The whole apartment is full of them. Another thing when they leave papers on the doors they have to write it in English and Spanish since not everyone speaks English and they don't understand what they are saying.

I have been reporting water leaks from the bathroom ceiling for 3 months. We went to report it because the water fell right on the toile. They didn't do anything now the water falls into the bathtub. You can't even take a bath because the water from the apartment above falls on you when you're bathing. It is disappointing that they do nothing for the residents. The roof is falling apart. It's scary that some animal is going to come out of there. I have been living here for 6 months but very disappointed. Why don't they do anything to fix this problem. It took two weeks to report he had the roof in the bathroom because I know it's leaking again there is mold on the walls they only come to see the damage but they don't do anything to fix it and I've gone many times to report and they don't do anything

They are full of bedbugs and cockroaches, you're going to report it and they only tell you that they will do something but they don't. It's a terrible place to live on that property, apart from the bedbugs and cockroaches, having to put up with people who play music outside. The parking spaces are already taking up outside the apartments until 3 or 4 in the morning. Tomorrow and the disgusting property

AC breaks often, leaking plumbing and only scolding hot water.
You can also expect your vehicle to be gone in the morning. Tow trucks prowl on this property! My vehicle has been towed from here several times. Ive also had to pay drop fees on the property. We've spoken to the tow company's customer service (Matador Towing), the drivers and the owner of the towing company as well as management for this property and have gotten different stories on why the vehicles are being towed. Don't waste your money here!

I was without air for almost a week and had to get a hotel and they can’t even disconnect us for this month rent

I’ve been here for a year now and this has been the worst first apartment experience eve they have a roach infestation, air has went out 3 times since I’ve been here and it has went out again and they said they can’t do anything about it and it 100 outside

Hello, these apartments do not serve very bad service, we have gone 6 times to say that no, the air does not work and they do not fix anything, they only cover it up so that it continues and after 5 days it breaks again. Right now I cannot even sit on a cup in the bathroom.because it leaks you can't even sleep today we went to complain and what they did was give us some fans. When rent costs so much, we got 400 electricity without us even cooking in the house because the refrigerator is super old and the stove doesn't have a burner and we have reported it and nothing comes, the dishwasher is disgusting, this is unbearable. It's 12 at night and I can't sleep because it's so hot there. And we've only been there for 2 months but there's a new receptionist there every day.

When we moved. There were dead cockroaches on the floor in the drawers behind the refrigerator, under the stove, in the bathroom, it had a not very pleasant smell, the floor in the room is damaged, we went to report it to the office, and the only thing they said was that They would try to repair it and they would do it the same day it was reported, the day passed and the next day we went to report it and they told lies that they were waiting for a glue, and 8 months later and the glue has not arrived. The AC is rubbish in hot times we reported it every day and they just said that the AC was fine that everything was working fine and that we should leave it on and report it the next day, we reported it the next day and they came out with the excuse that the building was very old and that they couldn't change them because the engine was good and that they couldn't do anything, DON'T MOVE HERE I'M TELLING YOU BECAUSE OF THE BAD EXPERIENCE, after the cars they didn't send notifications that the tow truck was going to start towing cars in a few days, and they towed our cars and they were not responsible for not having sent the notification, the garbage containers are always full and people throw the garbage outside the containers and a bad smell appears when you pass by From there, the pool has been closed all summer, CHECK WELL WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO MOVE SO THAT YOU DO NOT REGRET IT LATER.

The assistant manager val is a pretty great person. She will do what she can to make sure that you are well accommodated and she's a friendly great individual great to have her as my Manager.

This property has always been pretty nice. Clean and quiet, a good value. They recently upgraded the staff in the office, and now I feel like this has become a true 5 star experience. Communication issues with the maintenance staff are a thing of the past. Leticia the office manager is especially helpful. Highly recommend.

Management is horrible. DO NOT move here unless you want your car towed while paying to keep it here. ROACH INFESTED and they won’t do anything about it! NOT WORTH THE $$$

Finally great office staff! These ladies actually listen and try to help however they can. So friendly and unlike the last few staff here, they make me wanna stay. Thank you ladies! Hopefully you get our apts back to how they should be, a home we want to come home to.
