I only write reviews for really terrible places.

People who actually work in the building are great, but the building management company (wherever they are based) is absolutely terrible.

The IT system deleted my bank account information, and I couldn't pay rent on time, and they still charged me late fees of $320. I went back and forth with their payment processing person, who doesn't respond until I ping her at least three times. I'll be going hrough small claims court.

Also, interestingly, rent in Austin has come down significantly. Thus, I asked for a discount on my rent ($3200 to $3000). They refuse. I move out to a cheaper unit, and they lower the rent of my original unit from $3200 to $3000. As probably one of few minority in this building, I feel like I got discriminated against on the basis of my race.

Great place to live. Everything here is excellent. Maintenance requests are filled almost instantaneously and Ty is amazing at fixing all and any maintenance issues. Highly recommend!

This review is for the conceirge team, which is terrific! I can’t say enough good things about the manager, Jared, who is always professional, positive and accommodating. There have been many occasions that he has gone the extra mile and totally saved the day! Brittany is awesome and always on top of things - whether it’s deliveries or guests coming to visit, she has always been incredibly helpful. Between Jared, Brittany and Evan, the level of service they provide is a big factor in my decision to lease here. In the time I’ve lived at Monarch, the building has certainly gone through many changes and Jared and the team have done so much to make it as pleasant as possible for the residents.

The maintenance team is also on top of every request. Any request I have made is typically done within 24 hours and Tyson always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. Tyson has even taken a proactive approach on multiple occasions to fix things that I casually mentioned.

All in all, a terrific group of professionals that make this building feel like home.

The concierge team really makes you feel at home! My husband and I have lived here for almost 10 years, and we can always count on Brittany to help us with anything that we need. Not only is she exceptional at her job, but she is also engaging and genuinely friendly. Nothing makes us feel more at home than having someone like Brittany here at the Monarch.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but need to make an exception here. There have been a lot of changes since we moved in just under 4 years ago - some could have been handled a lot better, but there are two concierges here - Jared and Brittany who are the backbone of the community, did whatever they could to make everything bearable and can always be counted on to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

They make everyone feel special and looked out for and go out of their way to be helpful, even if its way out of their normal job responsibilities and they're great hangs too. I don't do this very often. Brittany and Jared are really special. Almost forgot, so is Ty (maintenance) who won't stop until everything is working and is comparably awesome.

I have enjoyed living at the Monarch. A special shout-out to Ty for being incredible! He made sure we had a seamless move-in experience and handled minor maintenance issues immediately. He gave us tips for the complex and amenities and always greets us with a smile!

Been here3 years and Ty shows everyone the utmost kindness.he checks up on everyone and our needs when passing by.so glad to have our updated renovations and can’t wait for another casino night!

I’ve been living at the Monarch for a year and a half and really love it here. The whole concierge team works hard to host events and patrol who enters the building, so I always feel safe. I love the on-site dog park and the pool and gym are always clean. The maintenance team, especially Ty, is also the fastest I’ve ever seen of anywhere I have lived. Requested repairs are always timely and crises are handled so fast!

The facilities are very clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. The recent casino night event was extremely fun and well organized. Kat was helped a ton showing me around.

Been living here for the past two years, been so great. Everyone is so kind and the building is awesome. Whenever we have maintenance issues Ty is always there to help us. Don't think we've ever had to wait longer than a few hours before him helping out! Highly recommend

I lived here for about an year and had a great experience overall. The conceirge team and maintenance team are always available to help and respond in timely manner. Working with Manni from the monarch leasing office team while moving out was a great experience. He helped make it a smooth transition and was always helpful so a special shout-out to him. All in all I loved living there.

I LOVE this place. I have visited this place numerous times since my friend lives here. Everytime I come here, the concierge is extremely nice and helpful. Very clean as well. The apartment complex had a casino/Vegas night and the hostess/Manager who put it together Kat G.was amazing and super easy to talk too. Would highly recommend living here!

I was invited to a holiday party at the Monarch last year and immediately fell in love with the apartment and especially the view. My lease is up later this year so I went in for a tour with Manni and can’t say enough nice things about him. He was super nice, very informative, and made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend checking out this apartment complex.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and the amenities have been closed since I moved in.

And the elevators are always broken.

And you aren’t allowed to enter through the front door of the building so you need to go through the parking garage, up an elevator, over a bridge, through another building, up another elevator, then walk to your room. For this reason and others this is NOT a dog friendly place. Do not move here if you have a dog.

And they don’t let Uber Eats deliver to your door (you have to go down two elevators and through two buildings to get it).

If you are considering moving here the leasing office will tell you everything will be open in “just a few more weeks/months”. Don’t believe them—they told me the same thing 6 months ago.

Even if the amenities reopen the elevators will still break every other day.

I see a moving truck moving somebody out almost every other day.

Don’t move here. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible management. They have completely shut down ALL the common areas, swimming pool and gym for construction. First they say the pool will be opened after which only they will close down the gym, but now everything is shut down (you cant even enter through the front entrance anymore) and its been like this for over 4 months. On top of that they continue to collect the lifestyle and common area fees and then they increase rents by $1,500 ($4,000 per month for a 1 bedroom!). Please stay away from this apartment. It might look all flashy after construction is done, but its not worth the price at all. They should have at the bare minimum stopped charging the common area fees or given us a temporary gym membership at the nearby gym. Just read the recent reviews you will see how bad its gotten. Only saving grace is the concierge staff are great, but I'm not paying $$s for a great conversation or package delivery

Don't move here. I don't need to say anything else.read all the other reviews. You're just a number to them.

And don't empathize for the concierge. They have no responsibility but they also have no influence. Put your money to a place that earns the right to your business, not Windsor.

Also just wait and watch for their anonymous reply. Full of nothing to do nothing means nothing. They're just doing it because they're told its good practice for when your business goes under on reviews.wait for it.
