DO NOT LIVE HERE. The A/C doesn’t work properly in the summers and the Morgan takes no responsibility to fix it. It was literally 82-90 in our unit. I spoke with my neighbors and everyone was having the same issue. The trash is always piled up, and no one answers the phones in the front office at any point in the day.

This is the worst apartment that I have stayed in since college. The a/c didn't work all summer. The maintenance techs are only good for gossiping and talking about residents.

If you want a decent place to live, do not rent here.
If you want a well maintained apartment, do not rent here.
If you want an apartment where your walls and ceiling are not crumbling, look elsewhere.
If you want to live somewhere with reasonable rent for what you get, you will have no luck here

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone.the leasing office lacks tact, manners and any sort of professional organization time management or generally attentive skills. They NEVER answer the phone and in the off chance that they do, Annabelle and Maria always say there’s no way they can even pretend to be moderately helpful and say “Bertha” “Berta” whatever her name is will call me back when she’s finished with her lunch break. She never does. And also, this woman has been on her lunch break EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Regardless of what time it actually is. Absolute insanity. At least Annabelle will pretend to be nice 1/4 of the time. If Maria answers you might as well save your energy or take a couple blood pressure pills. They ought to take three stuffed animals and set them behind the desk. They’d be more helpful. They also make it actual hell to try and get a lease with a new inconsistency every step of the way. RIP to my patience.

Since We have moved into this apartment complex nearly a year ago, we have had issues with our A/C. When we initially moved in the A/C was not cooling properly and they came and fixed it, no questions asked. Now that it is hot again, the A/C is not cooling properly again. We put in countless maintenance requests, phones calls, and we even showed up in the office. At the end of that they just emailed us the Bedford city ordinance that states there can be no less than a 20 degree difference between outside and inside. Ok. The problem with that is the temperature in our unit is LESS than 20 degrees different from outside. It has been over 90 degrees in our apartment for almost 2 weeks now. It is unlivable. They come and inspect the unit, but nothing gets done. They claim they have fixed it, but it still reaches 90 indoors. They are breaking the city ordinance that they sent us in the first place! This issue NEEDS to be resolved. They are NOT up to code, and my next step is reaching out to the city and code enforcement if The Morgan cannot rectify this issue. Tenants who take care of their unit and always pay rent on time should NOT have to deal with the neglect of the maintenance team and leasing office.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the apartment and the neighborhood. We’ve only been here a month and someone already broke into my husband’s truck. If you move here, just make sure not to keep anything valuable in your vehicle.

The staff is lazy and extremely un helpful, you’ll get 5 different answers from a simple question. They lose paperwork to written checks and will send you to collections after you paid off the fees. They definitely don’t notify you if you are being subjected to collections as well. They leave early all the time and have nasty attitudes. Good luck if you still reside here.

I Need to talk to the owner or corporate or SOMEONE! I was over charged rent MONTHS AGO and am still fighting to get my money back, have all the proof and called the office and BEEN to the office plenty of times but NO ONE CARES OR EVEN BOTHERS TO HELP. PLEASE reach out!

I have lived in two different apartments at this complex and both have not dissapointed! The new staff and managment are absolutely incredible. Most of the reviews are outdated from when there was different managment so don't pay them much attention. Definetley some of the most affordable apartments that do not compromise on cleanliness and service in the HEB area!

I've been here for almost a year and I'm really happy. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and able to fix issues. The neighbors are nice and it's quiet. It's a great place to live.

This place WILL try to ruin you. I applied for an apartment and politely declined after being approved- all of my fees were waived, and almost a year later debt collectors are just now attempting to get ahold of me to collect a miscellaneous $135 fee, despite me never living in these apartments. Be wary of this place.

They hardly to never answer their phones, I also seen someone in the reviews having the same troubles as me when it comes to the leasing. They messed up on my leasing that me and my roommate signed twice for… they rejected the first one with false reasons, and after signing it again they never attached it and trying to make us pay month to month… no one seems to help, they all seem lost, they come off nice but that’s all they are good for because they can’t seem to do anything else!

The leasing office was great and very welcoming. My leasing agent was Linda and she was wonderful. Application process was smooth and fast. My apartment is wonderful. Looking for a new home, I do recommend The Morgan Apartments.

I was strongly considering renting over here but after ALLL The resent one star reviews I’m going to pass on these. They look very nice but I don’t want to deal with a unprofessional management team or property. Dang I really wanted to move there too but it is what it is.

ABSOLUTELY A HEADACHE, I’m not one to ever write reviews but I just had to write a review. It’s my first time ever renting and I applied here after I had a bad experience applying elsewhere. They’re just so UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve never been ignored so many times. They will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. When they finally do they give you the “oh we’ve been so busy” which is understandable but my goodness they will completely forget about you and tend to other people! If I could give negative star review I would! I haven’t even rented the place. Finally after 8days I just had to ask for my admin fee back and hope they send it in the mail. Complete waste of time, energy, and money!

I regret coming to this apartment. Can’t wait for my lease to be over so I can leave this terrible place. The management are so terrible. They have no sympathy and only care about the money. My monthly bill is suppose to be 1345. Every month I get a bill of 1650 and they can’t explain the additional charges. If you will pay 1650 monthly I advise you get a better apartment with better management. This one’s are so mean and don’t care. When you complain they tell you, you have to pay. It’s really bad here. I won’t recommend this place for anyone Never

Please read everything before you move here. There is a $13.00 package fee called Fetch. I don't have any packages delivered here since my family is not here. Also you have to have $300,000 renters insurance. I've never been late on my rent and you don't get any incentives. Highway robbery.

They raised the property liability insurance and didn’t send out any notification added $55 to my rent for insurance violations which they never sent out any notifications I have 1001 emails in my portal about water shut offs, lost keys etc. I go into the office and the lady that took my insurance info said the corporate was supposed to send something out. Ok? But the manager on property can’t take charge to send an email letter phone something. Meanwhile I have to wait for a credit instead of getting my money back. These apartments are getting ridiculous. I don’t care how many times you switch management a formal notice doesn’t make to send out. Then the portal doesn’t work to upload my new insure the email address isn’t listed on line it take forever for someone to answer the phone. Unprofessional and not comforting as resident. They are continuously switching staff that is why everything is so unorganized. Tata has been the only that has been very helpful for me.
