While the selection and concept of this store is great, I have to agree with other reviews in terms of customer service. We went on a weekday, literally the only customers in the store and the two associates were not helpful and lacked experience. We wanted some custom work for a piece done and neither of them knew how to help or what they were doing. Will not be returning.

Went to a birthday party! It was so much fun! There are so many figures and colors to choose from. Affordable prices and your piece can be ready between 5-10 days for you to pick it up. "WARNING" Make sure that when choosing a color, you look at the wall of colors and look at the name for guidance instead of just looking at the color of the bottle! (You'll thank me later haha) As shown in one of the pictures below, I did a flower, and I can't wait to see how it's going to look like after I get it back. 10/10 hands-on experience. It's a great place to bring your kids as well as if you wanted to be a girls drink and paint party. You can always do reservations for groups! Or even if it's a cute date activity

We came here with my newborn for a footprint. It is great they offer if for free but they messed up 3 times and I also paid for a additional one. I had to come back three times to redo my newborns foot. They misspelled the name and also covered the footprint with her name when they specifically put notes to spell her name accurately, center her name and also (obviously) not cover the foot print. When I asked for a refund they said I should just keep the messed up one for free and pay for the one that was done accurately. I got my refund but they wanted to keep my babies foot tile. Why? Who knows. My wife had to go back crying for it. I will never come here again

This is such a fun place! My husband and I really enjoyed a few date nights here! And chachi's is right across the street for happy hour

Went in today to get something for my husband to gift him on Father’s Day coming up. I brought in my newborn baby to get her footprints on something and the two employees there were so nice. They painted her foot and did her footprints while I held her. Very easy and enjoyable experience!

Such a fun date idea and they have several different options to choose from! What sucks is their customer service, severely. When we went in to paint we were literally ignored and when I tried asking questions I was scoffed at by the older woman and the girl with the glasses further ignored me. And then when we went to pick up our pottery the same older woman was painting the tables and told us "you need to wait till I'm done with this. " SO disrespectful. Definitely will be looking for another pottery painting place.

I’m unhappy with my experience.after my pottery went into the fire to make it smooth, paint from another piece got all over the back of mine.i made a flower and it has green dots all over the back because of it.

Customer service is severely lacking here. Went for the first time and wasn't greeted upon entering. Went up to the desk where an older blonde lady was working and she didn't even acknowledge us, I went on to say we were here to paint and it was our first time. She then proceeded to say, "okay well pick out your piece, they have prices at the bottom" - That was it. I had no idea where the paints or brushes were or how the process worked. They weren't even busy. When you go here be prepared to figure everything out on your own.

I've been to several pottery painting places and this place is my favorite! Staff is nice and the owner is very sweet, helpful and friendly. I can't wait to come back to paint again!
