The Nail Place, Odessa TX

Didn’t take off my previous nail polish, refused the color I wanted because too light. Nail tech was coughing the entire time, and would stop for 10 minutes at a time to text on his phone. Terrible service. Not happy with the outcome. Charged me $55 for a basic dip.

They were so friendly at this nail place 10/10 recommend! My nails were horrible from a previous nail place and NY really helped fixed them right up! She’s the best!

It was my first time here today. David did my feet and they were in bad shape. He did such a great job and made me feel so much better. Nina did my nails and did such a good job. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. I love the services I received today and I’ll definitely be back!

I've been living here in Odessa for the past year. I've been to a lot of nail salons, and never really happy with the work I get. I found this place on the internet, and gave it a try! Wow wow! That is all I have to say! Very satisfied with the customer service, great work, and just so friendly! This is my place from now on. Thank you to Annita and the staff for being so nice and welcoming.

The nail place staff did a nice job for me. I was there for a pedicure. I like the outcome. I also did the shellac nail and it lasted. The environment and equipment were clean. However, I think the price of the ped.is high. I was also offered a drink but I declined because it was not free.

My girls and I love going to the nail place.

I was absolutely thrilled with the way my nails were done here. Probably the best I have had in Odessa or Midland.
I had visited a salon in Midland last Sunday, had to go back on Wednesday because my clearcoat on my dip had turned cloudy. I also had eyelash extensions done at the same salon and had huge clumps coming out on both sides. The salon asked me what I did to my nails and my eyelashes… I laughed and told him there was no way I would pay this much money to go mess them up myself.
By Friday my dip on two of my nails had completely come off and the edges were coming off of several others. There is no way I was going to go back to that other salon in Midland.
I went up to Odessa and not only was the salon open on Sunday, they were open early and took me without hesitation.
The gentleman doing my nails did a great job and educated me on bitcoin and how cryptocurrency works. He also told me from now on not to let people know that I am from out of town when I go get services done… I guess that’s a good insider tip! This will be my new place. My nails look better than they ever have!

I have had my nails done for 30 years plus. I chose this salon and am totally awe stricken. Ny did a fantastic job. The salon is spotless. I will drive from San Antonio to Odessa once a month to have my nails done by Ny. She was the first nail tech that I have ever been 100% plus satisfied.

Lady did my nails in 20 minutes! Acrylic nails and you could imagine the results. Hideous nails! Filled my nails soo much that I have now a shaped that I don’t want and I have to cut my nails to regrow. Start all over again! My nails are horrible

Went in to get a manicure. Told manicurist I did not want her to buff my nails. She refused to do my nails without buffing first. I told her I realized that the polish wouldn’t stay as long but my nails were very thin and I didn’t want a buff. She kept arguing with me so I asked her “are you saying you won’t do my nails unless you buff them? ” She said yes. So I left. 10/10 would not recommend.

These people are not friendly. You walk into the nail salon and no one says hi. I proceeded to get my pedicure and the guy barely rub my legs with no pressure. He cut my big toe and one of my small toes and made them bleed. Then when I went to pay they charged me an extra $5 to remove the polish from my toenails. I basically paid an extra $5 for them to Dremel away my nail bed because they didn't remove the polish correctly. They did it the lazy way.

Such a wonderful place, from the moment I walked in, I was nicely greeted, had by far the best pedicure from a sweet lady named Linda, I’ve been many places, but she sure did do an outstanding job, my nails were nicely done by mike! I’ll definitely be back to see Linda! Thank you!

I have been here 6 times for my nails and pedicures. I have no reason to go anywhere else. Top notch work. I took my husband here.he gets a pedicure every 3 months because of work boots I said.u have to go here because the do such a good job.he said.it's the same everywhere.nope he admitted he could tell a remarkable difference here.and UPGRADE your pedi it's AMAZING! I CAN NEVER GO BACK!

I’ve been coming to Carol for years. I always get great service with a smile. I come from Midland to get my nails done and will continue to do so!

I have been using The Nail Place for several months now and I have never been disappointed. They are always professional and do an amazing job! I am glad to have discovered this gem of a place!
