Really cute ambience, and my nails tech was super fast.nails came out cute and everyone there is super sweet

My first time at The Nail Room and I had a wonderful experience! Sumi was such a great nail artist! She did exactly what I asked on my nails. The owner was also very welcoming and friendly! Next time you need a place to get your nails done, book with them!

Literally the worst nail experience I ever had. I scheduled an appointment at 12pm and did not leave till 4: 30pm. I booked for a pedicure and gel-x nails. It took more than one hour just for a standard pedicure. The owner continued to take walk-Ins when she only had one nail tech. Not to mention the owner doesn’t even know how to do nails so she couldn’t even help her. The nail tech has to jump between 3 of us doing work. Come time for my gel-x nails, my cuticles were completely butchered. I bled multiple times and was in pain from it. I will never go here again and definitely don’t recommend them. Save your time and money.

10/10 most definitely recommend, these are the most sweetest people ever. They’re so professional and you’ll always be satisfied with the nails techs work. They always make sure each client is satisfied before they leave the nail salon and they’re so fun. I love these people, the place is very beautiful and they’re fun. If you want a fresh nice pretty set book with them, you’ll never be disappointed. And the owner is very sweet as well right along with the employees.
