The Nail Salon & Spa, San Antonio TX

This business was rude and unacceptable. I made an appointment on Friday 05/05 for Sunday 05/07. I came in today Sunday 05/07 and they said there was no appointment made even though I got a verification text message. TWICE! And instead of trying to work me in then just said there was no appointment. I don’t recommend going there AT ALL!

4 of us choose this establishment at random which was our first mistake. My tech became rude when he was asked to fix a nail tip he glued on incorrectly and then askd to thin out the thick acrylic he applied. He then dismissed me to another tech for a pedi who was more attentive but a bit rough when she was massaging my legs with the hot stones.
They then had me wait over 30mins for a 3rd tech to polish the shellac on my nails. Overall we spent over 3 hours in this salon for 4 pedis and 3 full sets which is obsurd. If Time is not a luxury, by all means try this spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a larger establishment that can properly service their clients. BTW these are my nails after 6 days and $155. Just gross.

The service is amazing they take there time to make them beautiful.so friendly n honestly best set of acrylics ive ever had.

Been getting my nails done by Johnny for years.my daughter started getting her nails done by him as well for about a year now.made an APPOINTMENT for my daughter and to our surprise he did not honor it.he had one lady in the chair and another that was next.but did they have an appt? He asked if we want a different tech.no.that's why appt was made for him.needless to say.he was a big disappointment.that situation was not right.he treated us unfair.and was very rude about it!

The Nail Salon& Spa, what I experience from Jonathan was great, and he's very knowledgeable on all the services there.

Wonderful and talented nail artist. Reasonably priced. Military discount. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have not yet been disappointed.

It was nice, but I was not asked what type of pedicure I wanted. Services were great, but please make sure you ask what I would like done.

Everything was great! I never have any problems when I go. Everyone is professional and nice!

They did an amazing job with shaping my nail and making sure it wasn’t thick. John did exceptional with my designs! Everything was truly lovely, will be going back!
