Customer support is overall unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend spending thousands for your employees to receive a designation at this institution. Find quality education elsewhere.

I completed my CISR Designation in May 2020 and it is now September 2020. I have still not received my CISR Diploma and pin that is promised upon completion. I have spent countless hours emailing, sitting on hold, and live chatting with different National Alliance reps, and still have not obtained my diploma. Voicemails go unreturned, emails unanswered and a total disregard of their shortfalls. Of course the COVID card was pulled, which I completely understand that it has affected the way things are typically handled, however COVID cannot be the blame for the issues with communication and lack there of. There is a serious deficiency with communication and providing diplomas in a timely manner. If you sign up for one of their course be aware that you will have to beg and plead for a certificate of completion. I hope they work out the issue soon!

I'm currently a team member at The National Alliance. It's a great company to work with: constantly challenging and continually improving. Clearly the leader in delivering continuing education and development for insurance professionals.

They dont help you at all if you dont pass one of your exams. The instructors stray off topic and dont give you enough study time at all. They just take your money, beware of taking their classes!
