Worst customer service and they racial profile people! Will never shop at this store again. The management was also very rude!

I am thinking I’ll be very pleased with my boots that I ended up purchasing online. At Houston store, as another reviewer mentioned, I was asked for help potentially by same person twice.but a few for sure, the second time I was just about to grab for something after rejecting. First attempt from one of them and the second question I didn’t turn my back to interrupt myself lol that time. So I finally made my way over to something I was interested in and thankfully I could just try on right there. When I did I knew walking. Over to a mirror would get me another question or two. Of course it did. I don’t have a 100% feel for what I bought online because I was ready to be left alone and leave store. But I agree, it’s a distraction and permits an unpleasant experience I don’t think they are necessarily friendly either. And when I did ask a specific question about a product he needed to go look at description anyway or personals he was being sarcastic I have no idea but I don’t really care to explore my bin there with that vibe

Ive had the nothing but great interactions at this location with multiple employees. Since North Face has the absolute worst product pics and I've heard it is very common to exchange//return items due to the real color not matching their products, today was second time exchanging the same sling bag due to the color not matching. Alnoor H (the name on the recipt fromt cashier) made my whole week by performing and in store exchange of the same lavender sling bag that was originally only online that I really wanted! Customer service here is number 1 they truly care about the products and over all quality experience.

Staff was very helpful. They didn't have kid items which was disappointing, and it seemed as if the selection was thin.

AWESOME • I heard they refused an order from a major oil company! This is the kind of activism I like to support! The North Face will ALWAYS have my business! Down with big oil. Alternative fuels are the future! Love it!

The north face at the galleria in Houston tx is inappropriate and rude. David and the other manager made false accusations and declined my return that had the original tags attached along with the original receipt. They discriminated against me because of my gender and raised their voice at me. David is such a horrible store manager and he needs communication skills. All of them should learn manners and to respect their customers.

I visited this store on 4/26, around 6-7pm. The customer service was awful, no where close to North Face’s quality. I’d rather shop at REI for North Face vs going to this location. When I got to check out the item, the cashier was cold and rude. He asked for my personal information. I asked what was that for and he said it could give me 10% off. I took that but I wasn’t aware of the loyalty program running or whatsoever until I did my own research online.

If the company wants to execute such loyalty program, they need first train their sale associates what it is and tell them to explain it to the customers! Totally disappointed! I don’t recommend this store at all!

Went there shopinng. Employees are rude little millieumals with a rude attitude. Almost brought one till I found out, they rejected a order from a oil company. Irony considering they use Chinese companies who pollute with impunity with oil products. Typical self righteous progressive hypocrites. Don't buy their Chinese products!

David was absolutely amazing, he helped me pick the right gear for my expeditions. I stayed warm in freezing temperatures because of the jackets he recommended. Great customer service from David.

David is amazing. This place always has something I want; it's hard to stay away. Although the winters in Houston are short, their coats are my favorite.
