Dr Cook is amazing and I really wish he would hire better staff because the nurses at this facility are some of the most unprofessional and flat out rude healthcare professionals I have ever come across. They won’t return calls, prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy days late, they will hang up in your face, etc. The only time when you will get a welcoming response is when you’re paying for something. Otherwise it’s just an office full of bullies. Very very hostile and unwelcoming vibes. Like they don’t want you to be there.

The women in my family have been going to Dr. Cook for about 26 years now. He is simply the best. I understand how frustrating long waits and last minute doctor changes are, but the care here is unmatched. I think sometimes the long waits and last minute doctor changes might be due to the fact that some of their other patients might be having a baby, and their doctor needs to be there! Lol. All you have to do it ask if your doctor is delivering and how long you might be waiting. All the doctors at the practice are top notch.
Don’t let the poor reviews fool you. Dr. Cook is amazing, and you’re in good hands here.

This office will charge you for things like lab/pathology tests that you do no approve. The first time I here they told me they needed urine sample as most places ask for to check if you the patient is pregnant. They actually sent it in to do a bunch of tests that I did not approve and I got a bill for over $1,000 dollars - I only came in for my yearly well woman's exam. I thought it was just a mistake and was too lazy to look around for another dr so I went back and well, the same thing happened again. I got another bill back of lab tests that I never approved of or asked for and now I have to fight another bill. I do not recommend going here!

I had my last straw with this center. I scheduled to see Dr Cook. Had been meeting with a completely different doctor and no one informed me. The doctor rushed me at every visit and never let me get all my questions in. The nurse call line was terrible, called for a week before nurse called me back about a prescription I was having bad side effects to. Was super rude and told me just take 1 less per day. Which didn't help at all. Finally I decided to just write down all my questions and concerns and gave it to Dr. Cook. He takes my note and comes back and asks what questions I have. (it's all in the note?) Then as I'm checking out a see a nurse holding my note passing it around the office with a grossed look on her face. Crazy unprofessional and will never feel comfortable opening up to the doctors or staff there

Look no further! I have been coming to this office for over 15 years. Dr. Melham treated my endometriosis and fibroids successfully for years. Last year, I was diagnosed with adenomyosis as well. This meant a horrendous year of daily heavy bleeding and cramping, until finally a hysterectomy was suggested. Dr Cook, Nanda and Melham did a fantastic job with my care and surgery and I would trust no one else. At 44 year's old this was very daunting and traumatic but their comprehensive and holistic approach was just what I needed. I am feeling so much better and wanted to share this positive experience with other women. You can get through it and they will help!

I love the staff here. They are absolutely awesome. Dr. Cook is my main physician but I have also seen the other physicians in this office as well and they have all been really good to me.

I was still in my first trimester when I decided to change over to this practice. I was seeking Dr. Zaid as my OBGYN. Unfortunately, I was always scheduled with different physicians.

The front desk is very rude and not attentive. There were a few times I had abnormal symptoms during my pregnancy and they would have me sit in the waiting room for hours. I had a possible UTI during my third trimester and Dr. Davis did not send my Rx as discussed. During my glucose test they did not inform me on fasting instructions. I had to google everything. All of my appointments were in and out. The doctor’s visit was faster then the check in process, usually had the doctor come in for about 2 minutes as they rushed out, leaving me blank and forgetting some of the questions I had because everything felt so rushed. My concerns were never addressed. I felt alone during my pregnancy and felt misguided.

I was admitted to the hospital for what I thought was no fetal movements. I was advise that I was going to stay overnight for an “ultrasound. ” The clinical staff at the hospital warned me that the practice had a high csection rate. At that moment, I felt uncomfortable. The office did not inform me I was going to be induced until the next night, I was in the hospital of 24 hours before I had any answers, even when requesting information. The ultrasound came back normal, both from the hospital staff and from the OB office so I was confused to why they still had me there. The entire day I was worried and stressed. No one contacted me to check on how I was doing from the practice. Once I was induced, Dr. Cook came in and broke my water thinking I was 3 cm dilated even though I was having good contractions. A few hours later they came in to tell me that I was going to have an emergency csection since my baby couldn’t pass 12 hours with out being in fluids. At that moment I knew they messed up. I asked for a second opinion. Dr. Zaid came in and told me I was not even 3 cm dilated. My family wanted me to hold off on the csection and just see how things would get. I was scared and just wanted my baby at that point. I decided to have the csection.

If they would have checked my dilation correctly, I would have possibly had my baby naturally. They ruined my entire pregnancy and delivery experience. They ruined my skin to skin moment with my baby since I was drugged from epidural, antibiotics, and medication to help with my anxiety. I dreamt of being able to hold my baby once she was born and that was taken from me because the doctors thought rushing my delivery was the best option.
