Nick is MADE for this line of work; if wedding planning is a love language, it is Nick's native tongue. Touring the Olana with him went so well that, at the end of our tour, I refused to get up off the couch and leave until my fiance signed on the dotted line to seal the deal; because if Nick is this professional while remaining pleasant, he's certainly set the standard for the rest of the Olana staff and their services. In getting to know Nick, my fiance and I are comforted and reassured that the rest planning process is going to go smooth with our best interest in their heart. Thank you so much Nick and I cant wait to see you again already.

Very Beautiful place for a wedding we were here yesterday for Anne and Mình Wedding 12/30/2023 The team and staff were helpful and kind.

1. No heat and no sense of urgency to repair it or bring in space heaters. It was 40 degrees in the bridal dressing room and 45 degreases in the grooms dressing area. It took 5 hours of pleading with the management for them to go get space heaters and set them up. The space heaters were set up 30 minutes before the ceremony. This was after everyone was dressed and taking photographs and no longer needed the dressing rooms.
3. The grooms dressing room had unchilled beer.
Broken refrigerator.
Broken televisions.
Broken bowling lanes.
Deflated and deformed basketballs.
None of which management was concerned about.
2. The brides wedding cake was missing the design that was ordered. Three white tiers with no decoration. No attention to detail.
3. The grooms cake looked like a child finger painted it badly. It gave us all a good laugh.
4. Steaks were all overcooked to well done.
Please don’t waste your money.

Wow, wow, wow. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude towards the staff of Walters Wedding Estates for making my wedding day on 11/12/2023, the BEST DAY EVER. Every staff member I came in contact with leading up to the day made every thing go smoothly and ultimately made the wedding day run seamlessly. I wanted to personally thank and give a shout out to Melanie Anderson, Kayla Bednar, Jared + Matthew (our AMAZING DJs), Alex Larson, Derick, Malyn and Cayden. These caring individuals were all there on wedding day or helped throughout the planning process and had a hand in making every single moment special. This venue and team made my husband and I's DREAM WEDDING happen. It was ALL worth it. THANK YOU!

This wedding venue is magnificent! It has 4 floors. It is spacious, with high ceilings. It not only provides a large dining hall and dancing place, but also library and different sizes of meeting halls. It even includes two bowling alleys, a half basketball court and a room for a pool table. However, its food does not commensurate with its splandeur.

This venue is great for getting married, but the best part of this place by far, was our wedding coordinator, Catherine. She worked with my wife, mother-in-law, and myself to ensure that everything was perfect for our wedding day. Responsive to our many questions, and detail-oriented, Catherine was an integral part to a successful wedding event. I cannot recommend her enough if you are looking to have your wedding in this location.

The limit of 200/250 is a drawback of this place. The whole place is divided into smaller gatherings; don’t have a large hall where everyone can attend the occasion. Just because it’s a bit larger single family residence.

The Olana was absolutely stunning and the staff went above and beyond. We did the highest package you could do and we were so glad we did. It took the stress of planning out of the equation. The day of coordination was seamless and allowed for myself, my groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family to relax and enjoy the day.

The Olana was amazing. Where do I start? !

The beauty of the place is unlike anything in the area. The European feel makes it so luxurious, glamorous, and unique. Anytime I showed someone The Olana it was a gasp EVERY TIME. I loved getting to spend the day in that beautiful mansion and it being the backdrop in my wedding photos! Not to mention guests love it. So much so that I had people I hardly knew ask if they could come haha! In my suite I had girl talks in the sauna, a bubble bath, and a cozy fireplace!

The staff was my next favorite thing. Andrew was our go-to guy and I’m so type A that I always felt bad for asking a billion questions but he always had an answer and was so kind! All of our requests were met and he was so laid back it was so calming planning all of it! Walters has been doing weddings for so long they have all their bases covered and know what they’re doing. I’m also a wedding photographer and I love even working at Walters venues because they’re so professional and put together. They’ll take care of you!

Some people dislike venues that require you to use their caterer but let me call your concerns! Their catering is AMAZING! Very reasonably priced, wait staff was awesome, and I had so many people tell me it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Doing it through the venue was honestly so much easier too. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and how much and they took care of it all. One less vendor to coordinate with makes a big difference in those planning stages. AND they accommodated for my guests with vegan/dietary requirements.

The Olana is all around perfect. I toured a couple other mansion/estate style venues and nothing is even in the same realm as this place. It was magical and I can’t imagine my wedding day being anywhere else!

A five star review is not enough for the people that work here and this amazing venue. This is going to be an essay, but it’s worth it for the amazing people at Olana. To Catherine, who made all of our dreams come true and made us feel so comfortable, you are the best wedding planner we could have had. You took care of every single detail and kept us sane during this process. My husband and I felt were so taken care of and we could not be more grateful that we got to work with you. You are amazing and I know you will continue to make all the dreams come true for everyone else. To our photography team, y’all are so talented, we were cheesing ear to ear at the sneak peaks! We loved every minute of the process and y’all delivered our amazing day so perfectly! We could not be happier that we chose y’all as our photography team To our amazing food and bar servers, y’all were such troopers and so much fun! Thank you for taking care of every one of our guests. Our guests were raving about how attentive, kind, and fun y’all were. To our amazing DJ, James, you absolutely delivered the phenomenal vibes. You did more than what was asked of you and took care of us the whole day. Thank you for checking in on us and making the entire bridal party and our families feel like superstars. To our floral team, we are still in disbelief of how magical you made our event look. You met with us with so much understanding and made our dream on a budget come alive. We are so grateful!

We will never forget this amazing environment that we got at the Olana. There are not enough words to explain how magical the night felt. We felt like royalty and were treated as such. Thank you times a million for y’all’s kindness and graciousness. If anyone wants a wedding reception with the best people helping you, we will be sure to refer them to our friends at Olana.

Olana is THE venue that you should book for your wedding. From the unique infrastructure to the detial orientated meetings, this is the perfect place to make your wedding dreams come alive. Catherine, our wedding planner/day of coordinator, has been such a gem throughout this entire process. She has been accomodating of all of our requests, small or big. Catherine has made this process so smooth for us and we are truly so thankful to be at the care of such a kind person! Wedding planning is no joke and we are so thankful to have her plan with us.

This wedding venue is a dream! My wedding planner is very communicative and has been wonderful to work with. They are very accommodating and really listen to your needs and wants for your big day!

We love this venue! The elegance of the luxurious mansion was the aesthetics my daughter was looking for. Couple the perfect venue with a planning team that was efficient and effective in all areas.
