The Olive Oil Restaurant reviews
20My go to when in the area! Great service and good food all at a bargain. Try the lettuce wraps!
I was taken by surprise to know that this small small place was slammed the food was very tasty. The belly dancer put on a good show and she was great with kids. The restrooms do need some attention. I recommend you place a reservation to make sure you get a table in the weekend. The price was moderate.
Looking for a fun, quick bite for the family? Olive Oil is great. Food is always good, service is good.
We love this place. The food-with one important exception-is delicious and the entertainment is fantastic. I went with my mom and 1 other friend. We started with pita and Napa Cellars (I think) chardonnay, which I totally recommend. Cold pita came later. Wish it was warm. For entrees, Mom got the patstiso, which is a Greek baked pasta dish with ground meat and béchamel sauce, sort of like lasagna. It was delicious. My friend got the Grilled Salmon Filet, which is char-grilled, hand cut salmon served over rice with homemade lemon-olive oil glaze. So good. And then we had sides roast potatoes, okra in dill/tomato sauce, and grilled zucchini and yellow squash. All fantastic. The reason for 4 stars is that the dolmades entree was so bland. I couldn't even finish, and I eat everything. I didn't even take it home for later. They did give me a lovely piece of galaktoboureko to make up for the lame dolmades, and maybe gave me 10% off the dolmades, but I'm leaving only 4 stars so they step their game up. Clearly no one tasted those dolmades, because everything else was so good. We'll be back, but order accordingly.
I always order the Zeus and Athena platter on special occasions. The food is always delicious and the staff is pleasant and friendly, even when I order take out. Consistently good.
Really good food. Great service. Recommend purching food on phone order or go inside to place order. Online food order cost more. Fridays and Saturdays offer belly dancer performances for the whole family to watch. Make sure to reserve seating two days ahead to get in on those days to watch performance for 6: 30pm
I have been searching for a local Greek restaurant and found this place. Wow! I'm so glad I found it!
Amazing food at a great price. Very good portions, even with their take out items.
The Olive Oil is the best. And I mean BEST! They have the best lunch deals. I mean where else can you pay $9 and get a proper home cooked meal that stuffs you to the gills. I can stay enough for the staff ether. The manager and all of her crew are hustling each and every time we go. I have NEVER had a bad experience of any sort here! Way to set the bar high Olive oil! Oh and belly dancers are super fun and entertaining on the weekends.
First time eating here! I’m gonna have to say this is by far the best Greek food I’ve fever had! Servings are huge, food is fanstastic, flavor is amazing! I will spread the word! Best Greek Restaurant!
This place is a gem, winner for our entire work crew. Not once has anyone of us left here dissatisfied. Must try.
I ordered from Uber eats and this place gets one star for not being able to follow directions. Asked for no onions. Got onions. Asked for silverware. Got no silverware. Last thing I’m trying to do before I eat in a hotel room is go hunt down some silverware. And the Greek fries were nasty. They should change the name from fries to soggy floppy chunks of potato.
Nice gyro sandwiches. Good lunch specials. We go there for lunch once in a while. Nice selection of Greek menu choices as well as some American fare. Nice staff.
The gyro plate and chicken orzo salad are hands down the best dishes there. Service is much better than it use to be. Can’t beat delicious food and good service.
Excellent food and terrific service. For anyone looking for authentic greek food in a great atmosphere I'd highly recommend.
Amazing food! Had a great Waiter named Bruno who was very insightful about the food. Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices. But most importantly, amazing belly dancer named Katia. My husband and I plan to go there more often for date nights!
Delicious Greek food! A lot of specialty Greek dishes and they are very proud to mention their Greek ingredients used in their dishes, especially their olive oil.
Service was excellent. Recipes and dishes were unique and delicious. Met up and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.
Delicious! Their moussaka was really good. Don't recommend the lentil soup as it was lacking in flavor and salt. Spanikopitas were yummy and so was the red snapper! One kid had the chicken nuggets and I was pleasantly surprised they were made there. My 2.5 yr old ate them ALL!
Flaming Cheese and fresh pita bread. Can't go wrong. First time trying this and the cabbage rolls. Hmmmm. Oh yeah reserve a Friday or Saturday to see the live Belly dancing. Oopah.
The food is so good. The waitstaff is attentive and amazing. Everything here is perfection
