Went in there and left with all my questions answer David helped me with what I needed definitely recommend to my friends!

Restored my car from a collapsed car port. It took 3 weeks but well worth the wait. Saved on my deductible also.

I was calling David about a query about building his business and he’s knowledgeable of the scope of procedure he was super professional explaining everything in a simple and straightforward way.he treats customers like they are family definitely recommend the shop for any automotive enthusiast

I couldn't have asked for worse customer service if my life depended on it.

I walked in and the employee was speaking on the phone for what seemed to be car business related. I didn't mind waiting for him to finish up his call as I waited in the office. About 10-15 minutes passed with him looking up maybe once or twice asking if I was there for an estimate, which I was.

After about 15 minutes and realizing he's not worried about the live customer in front of him, I figure I'll check out a couple other places for estimates. I went to two other locations and then returned here figuring the prior phone call might be completed.

It wasn't. In fact at this point the employee is talking about his personal issues and venting to whoever is on the other end of the line. Mind you I've been here for another 10 minutes since returning and he'd rather talk about personal issues than spend 5 minutes looking at a small chip to give me an estimate.

After about 25 minutes of sitting in this lobby between two visits, he starts walking towards the door and motions like he is about to assist me. Only for us to take three steps outside and then he turns around and goes back inside without explanation. Now I'm standing by my car confused and after about two minutes I can't take this disrespect and leave. This level of terrible service surely isn't by accident, but by choice. He never got off the phone once

They are horrible, a complete waste of time and money I do not recommend going to them they’re not professional just rude.

This place is the BEST! I hit a deer last month, went through insurance for repairs…I’m SO glad I chose The Paintshop. David is amazing; he went above and beyond to make sure everything was well taken care of. I could not have dreamed of a better experience. He answered every call and question I had. My experience with The Paint Shop was excellent! It was truly different than any other experience I had when it came to repairing my car. Having limited knowledge about cars, David clearly showed me what was broken and what needed repairing. David was super transparent about the pricing and super quick with the repairs. He was able to work with me on the pricing without going through insurance.

As a college student during finals week, The Paint Shop really helped me alleviate the stress of having to repair my car. Additionally, they even provided a complimentary cleaning which really made my car look in top condition. (It had been months since my last car wash). I would definitely recommend The Paint Shop. I had a great experience with the Paintshop Automotive. My car had a deep scratch in the side that was causing the door to function poorly. The owner talked with me about the different options available for the repair and offered me a lower cost option that would still solve the problem, which I really appreciated. The shop was flexible with regard to pick up and drop off time, and David was very transparent about what work would be done. On top of that, the work was impeccable, and my car is beautiful thanks to this team. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work.

I highly recommend this shop if you need any auto body and or paint work! They are very professional and take pride in there work. I've had multiple cars worked on at this shop. And will continue to use the paint shop inn the future.

This is the second time I’ve taken my car here for work and David always takes care of my car as if it were his own. I recently had my front bumper redone, side garnishes paint matched as well as a spoiler paint matched and mounted and everything came out great. Very happy with my car and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing experience! The Paintshop went the extra mile to repair my bumper within my budget and extremely quickly. They treated me like family and took care of absolutely everything! Had to take my car back multiple times due to work being done improperly. 1) my bumper wasn’t put on correctly. 2) my reverse sensor harness was left hanging and when I went back for them to fix it they basically taped everything and glued stuff back together AND my harness still doesn’t work 3) the paints were not paint matched and now I have 2 different reds on my car and I have to take it to another shop and pay to get it paint matched.

The work is not bad, it really isn't.now the price is not very competitive. There are better options out there, but the guys are talented.
