The Palmer reviews
7Been living here about six months. I have one loud neighbor who regularly screams and yells at someone (his gf? Friend?) at all hours of the night and early morning. I have made multiple complaints to property management who initially told me: they would "handle it". Since then, the screaming has continued. Property management has done nothing and is now just straight-up ignoring my emails and calls (next to impossible to get a hold of them when you need them). Would not recommend moving here.
The apartments were pretty decent. I liked that it was smaller, but the apartment was spacious. Only reason why I would not rent is because the hallway reeked of dog pee. It hits your nose as soon as you walk in. It was completely in my budget and in a nice area but I just can’t imagine renting somewhere where the open hallway smells like dog pee. I wouldn’t wanna have guests over and as soon as the get into the hallway before my apartment it smells like pee. I suggest that they get someone to come and clean the halls or something. They don’t have many units so it really shouldn’t be that much of an issue.
The staff is awesome! The apartment I saw today was really nice! Can't wait to move in!
Wonderful office staff and maintenance gets my works orders done quickly!
Worst property management that you can possibly imagine. Run fast and far away from this “luxury” apartment!
I finally took a tour of the complex today and the property seemed pretty nice. The office workers seemed very friendly and informative. I believe the young lady was named Lexi, that showed me around the property. She was very helpful and answered many of my questions that I had. I had many and she answered them with certainty and a smile. Thanks Lexi! The rooftop patio will be awesome once completed and the neighborhood definitely is up and coming. Though the property is tucked away, which I love, it is not a far drive from some of the exciting amenities of Fort Worth. If this is my next place of residency or not, I can honestly can say, I enjoyed the tour and the staff was incredible! No they didn't pay me to write this but when people come across as genuinely nice these days I cannot help but to give them their flowers. Thaks again Palmers!
