The Paradise Grille, Coldspring TX

Good customer service, the food was delicious. The price was good for the amount of food given. We shared a seafood platter, but we could not eat all of it. On our 2nd visit we had the food pictured in this review, everything was good except a few of our sweet potato fries were burnt. That's why I didn't give them 5 stars.

Great food, but not sure if they got a new cook, but our shrimp, catfish and fried pickles weren't the usual great food. I was very disappointed just one night though. Other than that the place is great and the waitresses are awesome

Feels like home. Always taken care of. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Amazing food. Gave my kids a coloring book and crayons to enjoy while there. One of my favorite places to go to.

I got breakfast tacos and they were the best I have had from a restaurant. Very yummy i called in my order and they were ready in 10minutes. Fast service and great food, what more do u need.

This place is fantastic. Great food. Friendly service. I highly recommend it. The chicken fried steak is great.

Fried chicken salad was very good with a generous amount of chicken. The iceberg lettuce could have been broken into smaller pieces to make it easier to eat. The main reason for the 3 rating rather than a 4 is because the dishes were dirty. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer. The plates were visibly dirty. We put a napkin over the dish before putting food on it.

I love this place. It's a step back in time. When people were polite and pay attention to you. The food is like grandma cooked it herself & the service is wonderful. We eat here every time we drive through.

Every time that my wife and I have been to this establishment it has been excellent. The chicken fried steak is awesome as is the fried pork chop. This last trip we went for breakfast and it was amazing. Great food awesome staff! Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff and great service. Comfortable and peaceful dining atmosphere for late lunch or early dinner. A lot of great choices on the menu. Will return when visiting area again.

On September 21,2022 I went to the Spring Hospital as a patient of Doctor Siddiqi. He performed a successful lower back surgery and brought immediate relief to me.
I wanted to share what a positive experience I had at your hospital. Your staff provided the best experience I’ve ever had. Their bedside manner and professionalism made me feel loved. My 17 year old beautiful niece is an employee there and the owner had the audacity to say to her she was not "as easy" on the eyes as the other girls. He should be ashamed of himself, acknowledge his wrong doing and be a man and apologize!

I read every negative review before I decided to dine here! I ordered the 8oz ribeye steak. The plating wasn’t all that impressive because I thought the plate was a little too big for just a steak and a potato. Maybe should have added toast. The steak was PERFECTLY cooked with great grill marks. Even though the wait staff was busy they made every effort to make sure all customers were taken care of. Would I eat here again? ABSOLUTELY!

We love this place. It's the old school country kitchen where the food is hot, fresh and amazing southern comfort foods we all know & love. The service is like being at your families house. It's cozy there. Family friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. The prices are good & the service is great!

Paradise Grille is a hometown diner run by a couple who is well loved by the community. Many local residents are regulars here, and if you're from the area, you're almost sure to see someone you know. Paradise Grille is comfortable but not fancy.
On this day I met a friend for coffee, which turned into coffee and a salad. The small chef salad was surprisingly generous and full of delicious ingredients. The friendly waitstaff kept the coffee flowing while we took our time chatting and sipping.

Great fried fish Friday. Fair prices. Good wait staff. Good food.

RV'd to Wolf Creek sight. 1st time to Lake Livingston.was quite enjoyable and relaxing. Took a break from cooking and drove a short distance into town, Coldspring, and had the BEST tasting breakfast food we've had in a VERY long time! Biscuits were actually "homemade"! Best darn fluffy pancakes I've had that I can remember! We shall definitely return to this restaurant next visit! And what a great FULL menu.lots of choices. We may do 3 different days for 3 different meals. Breakfast, lunch and then a dinner! Can't wait to return!

Used to be good until Paul got greedy and started cheaping out on everything, plus the owner Paul doesn't want to pay his staff a decent wage. Drive a few more miles to shepherd to The Texas grill. Better food and better owner.

This was our first visit to the Paradise Grill. We went for lunch on a Thursday. The parking lot was nearly full, and the dining room was busy with the locals. We were seated right away. We chose to partake in the steam table lunch special for $8.99. We had our choice of chicken fried steak, fried chicken, or chicken strips, plus two sides and dessert (or sub one side for a trip to the salad bar. We opted for the fried chicken, which was excellent. The sides were of average quality, and the peach cobbler was very good. The salad bar was well-stocked with a fresh and plentiful assortment. Service prompt and friendly. Overall, good quality and a great value.
