This is a beautiful Apartment/Townhome community! Friendly, helpful staff. Cute Apartments/Townhomes with character and charm. Peaceful and quiet community. Nicely organized, weekly Apartment Townhome community events. Two pools and a hot tub open and available year round. Shopping center in walking distance and Mall less than five minutes away. Several restaurants and fast food eating places a few minutes away. Easy access to main highways accessible in less than five minutes. Overall great rental choice!

If your looking for a home with Mold due to water leaks throughout, garages that do not work, a manager by the name of Manny Lugo who will let you move in for FREE and start your move in date late in the system because she’s to lazy to do her job and processes the leases at move in then this is the place for you! The Maitnance team will also snoop through all your belongings when you submit a service request so that if you pay your rent late they can “trash out the unit” and sale or keep your valuable belongings! You’ll be paying a little under $2000 a month only to learn your apartment has serious water damage, roaches BALCONIES that are UNSAFE & mold painted over continuously! Juliana Kirkland is the DM who is to worried about her “baby daddy” issues to do her job also. This review coming from a previous EMPLOYEE & TENANT. Save your money and stress. The fallen over balcony was caused by the property manager and repaired by a friend of mine not a contractor per Mannys request. So this is the unsafe environment you will be living in

Super quiet, safe, and the attention from the employees who attends the spectacular condominium office

I have been living here for going on 3 years now. I just signed a renewal for my lease but found out recently that I am paying $200+ more for rent than new tenants in my unit. This is extremely disappointing as I have maybe 2 maintenance requests on record and not had any issues with the complex. So if you’re looking to move here, the community is great and quiet, but I wouldn’t recommend this complex for the long term as they will screw existing tenants when it comes to prices.

I went over here to check out an apartment, and the lady name Manny I think she’s a manager she asked me why would I move him from my old apartment complex and I told her because my AC is not working correctly and they’re not fixing it right then she told me what to check for with my AC and what I checked on that she told me to fix the problem and she said sorry I cannot help you because we don’t take section 8, but she went up and beyond her job thank you so much for your help, ma’am God sees good deeds. This is why I give her a five star review on this property and it’s a beautiful property.

If I could give 0 stars I would I’ve applied to this place but got a call at different apartment before them I sent a application and deposit but they said they were going send me my money back since I didn’t get deny but it’s been 4 months since they said that twice I’m have to get my lawyer involve since they don’t want return my money now.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexia and she was truly amazing! She made sure to explain everything with detail and answered every question I asked her. She made this experience enjoyable and super easy! Very respectful and professional as well. 10/10 would recommend working with Alexia!

Do not trust or believe the 5 star reviews from what i can tell the negative reviews are true I stopped by last week took a look at one unit but was told a different would be available to on 5/8 that fit what i was looking for so on the 8th i stopped by to see if i could see the apartment and was told it was not ready and they was replacing the carpet and to come by Tuesday after 1pm so on Tuesday i showed and again was told i was able to see it and it will be available on the next day thats brings us to the 10th i stopped by again to see if it was ready and told no it dose not take 3 days to install carpet wasting my time by not telling the truth is a red flag and as far as the 5 star reviews i think those are paid for

Alexia was amazing! Very helpful and respectful. Answered all my questions to the dot! Provide me with info that helped my situation out so much! Wish more property managers were as helpful as her!
