A wonderful place to live that is secure and conveniently located. The front desk personnel is wonderful, helpful, and polite; Alexa was the greatest! I would suggest this location to anyone!

Living here for almost a month has made me quite content; the apartment is spacious and lovely, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Amazing location and great staff. I was looking for a place to share with my sister in college and after visiting it was an easy choice.

I moved here a few months ago and I can easily say that the staff and maintenance here are fantastic! The ladies at the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of before and after my move and the maintenance crew are quick and responsive. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good quality and affordable apartment complex.

There we some un foreseen complications that happened in our first month and they were very quick to correct and make sure my family and I were taken care of.

We’ve been residents here twice since 2012. Older apartments but well maintained. Has 2 pools, laundry, clubhouse, and fitness center. Grills around the property. Close to local schools.

We moved into The Park At Flower Mound Apartments in the Fall of 2018. Our move from Utah to Texas was such a huge change for our family and as previous homeowners we needed to do our best for our two boys to feel comfortable, safe and at home at an affordable cost. The Park At Flower Mound Apartments provided all of these things. Our intention was to reside at The Park At Flower Mound Apartments no more than 2 to 3 years before buying a home. Well, life happens and circumstances pushed our plans and goals back a bit longer. As our family grew more space was a necessity. We were able to easily find an available unit with more room and still at an affordable cost. Like I said, life happens. When our upstairs neighbors pipes burst and our living room ceiling came down, management immediately jumped into action and put us up in a very nice hotel suite while repairs were made. We had some issues with our A/C unit not properly functioning and maintenance has thoroughly done their job to properly resolve the problems. Both management and the maintenance staff have been amazingly responsive and kind.
We’re soon approaching our goal of buying a home and we could not be more excited! We are sincerely grateful to management and maintenance staff for their kindness and dedication to ensuring our comfort and security while residents of The Park At Flower Mound Apartments.

The office is always helpful. Specially Ashlyn and maintenance is fast and helpful. I would recommend this place on location and cost.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. While the property isn't perfect, the office team is absolutely incredible. The management team is so friendly and really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and heard. The property is very safe and very well maintained. 10/10 would recommend!

We came from our of state and had to set up our apartment lease long distance, the staff here have been extremely helpful, (especially Ashlyn!) always addressing any questions of concerns we had during the process, so we felt confident and didn't have any surprises/stresses. We've only been in building for a few weeks, and while the units themselves do appear older on the interior, our apartment was very clean upon move in, had been freshly touched up, and all the necessities were in good working order.
They do a good job maintaining the premise & quickly responding if there is any maintenance that needs taken care of, which is reassuring because things inevitably need fixed, just the nature of any housing!
My favourite thing is the complex feels very safe. I can walk my dog alone at night and feel relaxed, as the neighborhood is well-lit and the the other residents have been welcoming and generally respectful, helpful neighbors. So far, were very pleased!

I love living here at the Park! The office staff have been so great with my move in (4 months ago) in and continue to so helpful with my request. Brenda and Ashlyn are the best! The community is so lovely here. Looking forward to a great year at the Park!

Lived here for two n half years never any problems loved the location UNTIL the neighbors from hell downstairs moved in. They said we were throwing food off balcony which we did NOT. And throwing cigarette butts down on ground which was picked up weekly if not every other day! Lady came up rang on our ring doorbell while we were at breakfast yelling and screaming about her dog having pancreatitis and she would send us a bill and then flipped me off. My husband did not appreciate her Karen behavior. When we knocked to discuss issue they did not answer the door. Then proceeds to call police on us saying we r being noisy not once but twice. When we took it up with Brenda Dunaway the manager of the property we were made out as the problem and was told we could finish our lease and that the other party had to move as well. The office protected them and did NOT make them move only moved them to another building in the complex! I would NOT recommend living here! And heard from our other neighbors they are raising the rent which was already too high by 3-400 dollars.
