The Park at Malaga, Houston TX

Damn where are tenants supposed to park? Every parking spot is reserved. Y’all didn’t even offer reserved parking when I moved it.

Saw the reviews and some left me skeptical, but in all honesty, these apartments are just fine & if you have roaches is because people can’t be clean! I have not seen not one roach, and i am very happy about that, people just need to be clean if you want a clean environment & also thanks to Jacqueline for helping me!

The only words I can say about this place is that it is a really unpleasant place to live! It's been a nightmare since my first days there! When I came to take the tour they showed me a completely different apartment than the one they gave me, so I decided to come live here because apparently everything was fine, but when I finally received what would be my apartment I was surprised that there was an invasion of animals, specifically cockroaches, They are everywhere (bathtubs, kitchen, beds, in food) they are really everywhere at any time you can see them walking around

Worst apartment I’ve lived at. They did not clean up properly after the tenants before me, so when I moved in the place was infested with roaches. The place also smelled like dog pee from previous renters. My sink and bathtub leak constantly, even after they sent someone to “fix” it. There’s never any parking. I have to park in the visitors spot on a regular basis or out on the street. And the move-in “special” is a lie. I’ve had to pay full rent since I moved in. Never received my credit. Only thing that’s good here is the staff.

Just overall a bad experience. Do not move here.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Jackie is amazing! She helps me with everything even when I struggle putting work orders. Thank you for your amazing service!

There is a lot of dirt as a result of this, there are animals, rodents, cockroaches and flies, the maintenance is not correct, it takes a long time to make the corresponding repairs, the washing machines take the coins, the parking is a headache and the managers and the people at the leasing office are rude in general, everything is bad in this place, please don't go there.

Terrible place, I do not recommend it, do not go to this place, it is not a livable place! I have found rats, the garbage cans are always full, a lot of dirt, the people in charge are rude, they don't care about anything!

I been living here for 4 years and have no roaches! At all. Jacqueline always makes sure if I have any issues to send someone my way instantly I love it here

Parking is a nightmare at night. Something needs to be done, not being able to find parking after 10pm is a common occurrence.

PLEASE DON'T COME LIVE HERE! Don't waste your time or money. From the first day living here it has been a nightmare, the apartment they gave me is infested with cockroaches, the first week I had to sleep in my car because of the cockroaches since they were everywhere even my food was spoiled because of that, also I would like to add that it has been two nights that the cockroaches have appeared in my bed during the night, not to mention that from the first day until now I have not been able to cook anything or take my kitchen stuff out of the bags and boxes for fear that they would get polluted, I have had to spend money on outside food and things to kill these animals on my own. At the leasing office they said they would fumigate, they did but still the problem continued so I made the decision to leave since it is not a habitable place, my mom has a phobia of these animals, she is really sick because of everything that is happening, she hasn't been able to sleep in the apartment for a while, so we are basically paying rent for not living there, yet they insist that in order for me to leave we must pay a 2,000 fee, so my options are to pay that huge fee for not living in an apartment that is not even habitable or they say that they will give me another apartment that I already went to see, however it is just as infested, in one way or another they win and they refuse to let us go without staining our record.

Jacqueline is the best Everytime I come into the office she greets me with such great attitude. I'm glad I moved here

This property deserves 10 stars! Jonteal helps so many of my clients that I send over. Superior service! She is one of the best I have encountered out of the 1,000s of the properties I’ve handled over my career.

Wasn’t sure if these apartments were the ones, Jonteal was was so helpful. Im looking forward to living here.
