Great customer service from drivers and especially Mrs. Jackson at the entry/exit office. The buses themselves drive as if they don't have shocks. You can feel EVERY bump. If you have back or neck issues, just be aware. The ride was about 10 minutes which is not bad considering where it is in relation to the airport.

First time traveling out of states by myself coming to the parking spot 2 I told the lady how much for parking she said it’ll be 20 bucks in total just to get us by really fast my family always parks there and website says 8 dollars per day but it was 20 dollars per day they went up on the price and don’t even brother too change it online what a scam!

No worries about the safety of your car here. Airport drop off and pick up. Parking spot makes everything easier. Very helpful drivers.

On 10/12/23 I was contacted by a manager due a complaint I filed about missing my flight due to the negligence of the transport driver and his helper. I was offered a refund by the manager, but never received the refund.
Failure to follow through by management is probably why the customer service has gone down over the past few years. If you are going to provide a service than do so. If you fail make it right, and then correct the problem so nobody else has to deal with the same problem again.

They used to be great but the quality of service is just not there any more. They seem to be very unhappy employees at baseline and keep complaining about the other customers, which seems to be annoying. While there have been 7 parking spot "1" shuttles and 4 parking spot "JFK" are coming, there have been only "1.5" shuttles of parking spot "2" was coming. I raised this is an issue twice and the drivers were not interested and nothing changed. While there is an issue, and the customers brings the issue up, aren't you supposed to appreciate it since there is an immediate point to improve? ! They just keep complaining and and taking things personal. I had two bad experiences back to back within 1 month apart, and I won't come back to here. It "USED TO BE GREAT", but apparently "no more! "

Had to wait 15 minutes in the rain for a shuttle to pick me up. I’ve parked here a few times before and had similar experiences waiting at the airport for a shuttle to return. Will be my last time parking here

My mom had lost her ticket and she swear she left it at every parking spot. She is very forgetful and had come several times with no luck to this spot. I came at 4: 30 a.m. To help her out. I was so lucky that Kenneth helped me look for it! He knew his lot and after several time passed, he knew it was in another spot parking lot! He was patient, professional and extremely helpful! Once we got to the other lot we found it wayyyyyy quicker! Thanks to his
knowledge of his lot my mom after a week and a ½ of looking it was found! THANKS KEN! You have no idea what this meant to my mom, me and my family!

Fast drop off and pickup. My car was just like I left it, only a little more dusty. Check in and check out was very fast, using my QR code.

This service has really gone down hill, because of logistical inadequacy, Ive waited ~45 minutes to get to and from the airport. I hoped the first time was an exception, but twice in a row now, showing its becoming the norm. About 50 frustrated people were waiting to get back to their car tonight. Multiple buses came to our Terminal A but they were already full. A is the last terminal in their route. There should be enough common sense to “pick up” where you left off if buses fill up before finishing the route; or go back to their initial philosophy during peak times designating buses to specific terminals.

Check in is smooth. I usually print out my reservation with the QR code and scan at the entrance.

Location was convenient and cost was fair.we waited 45 mins at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up. (not fun) (driver Mars was great). The worst part of the experience was the lady at the gate when we were leaving.the driver kept our card so we just simply asked “how can we pay”. The lady was rude and several times my wife saw her rolling her eyes at me because I did not magically understand her payment system. I will pay more and drive closer to the airport on my next trip

I have reservation on spot#2 on november the 3th but I got confuse and when to the parking Spot on jfk boulevard the person at the gate was not helpful explained
What to do it was lady around 3: 50 am the onlything she told me overhere it diferent price. I have no choice other than Park right there. Would anybody contact me and tol me What are my option now. I don't want get charge twice please help!

Very easy to reserve online ahead of time, frequent shuttles between airport and parking lot, easy to pay

Just had to pop on here and say that Kokila E. Is a fantastic shuttle operator! So friendly and helpful!

Staff members are always professional, and the buses are clean with quick service to the terminals.
