The Parking Spot East, Del Valle TX

The Parking Spot has always been my favorite place to keep my car while I’m out of the state. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll be reserving another stay too. I enjoy knowing my vehicle is safe not only from the weather, but from outside individuals as well since it’s behind a locked gate. With our last trip, we were running super late, but waited no more than 2-3 minutes if even that for the shuttle to pick us up which was FANTASTIC! Same with our arrival back to Austin. I don’t think we even waited a minute for the shuttle thanks to the tracker. Wonderful experience!

My driver, Rafael Perez was prompt, helpful & very kind. There was no attendant at the gate when I arrived. I had made online reservations & let myself in but wasn’t sure where to go. Luckily Rafael was around the corner & let me know where to park. He immediately picked me up & we were off to the airport. I park here frequently for work, and I’ve never arrived/left when there was no attendant in the booth (no one was there when I left either). This could be a big issue for people running close on time, especially if there isn’t a shuttle driver available to let you know where to go. When I came back from my trip the next evening, Rafael was there again with great service back to my car. Employees like this gentleman will keep me coming back to the Parking Spot!

Usually very good experience but on Saturday December 10th waited for shuttle at airport for over 30 minutes. Short of drivers. But West shuttles came through 3 times. Very frustrating. Our driver apologized several times and was upper nice and helpful.

Last few trips I have made I haven't had any issues with the dropoff. The pickup however has been long waits for a shuttle. I will usually see all of the other companies circle through many times before an East bus will show up. With the premium prices they charge I think I will just park at the airport next time.

Place is secured. We didn't have to wait around as soon as we arrived to the parking and parked They pulled right behind us and helped load our luggage and took us to the airport. When we returned from our trip they were already at the pick-up spot. Will use their services again. Highly recommend based on our experience.

PRICE GOUGING WARNING! I parked my car for 5 days over the Thanksgiving holidays, and the bill was $210! To make it worse, when I returned from my trip yesterday, the wait on the shuttle bus was 15 minutes. With all the possible places to park at the Austin airport, there must be better options.: - (

They're usually perfect, but my last experience was not. I had to call them after waiting 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at my car. I was told the driver "went to the restroom. " When the shuttle arrived, the driver told me there was a miscommunication and he thought another driver was picking me up. Then we were dropped off at the lower arrivals level instead of departures. Not sure what the reason was for that, but we then had to schlep our luggage up to the departure level to check it, as well as make the long walk to get to our specific airline counter.

I had just landed after 21 hours of traveling home from Paris when Vanessa picked me up at the airport. I had 3 bags and she loaded 2 onto her bus for me. When she dropped me off, she unloaded my bags. I tried to tip her but didn't have anything smaller than a $20. She told me to save my money and have a great evening. She also reminded me I could grab a cold bottle of water on my way out. Such a pleasant experience after an exhausting day! I'll be back in February for my next vacation.

We so appreciate The Parking Spot East when we are flying out of Austin. The price is reasonable and their shuttle busses are there promptly to get us to our plane on time and their app makes everything work efficiently, coming and going!

The Parking Spot East has always been my #1 go to spot, however, prices have increased drastically to the point that it was the most expensive place to park at 22$/day during Thanksgiving, where every other competitor was around 10-12$/day.

They have also now blocked off sections where the shuttle always enters from the highway of their lot and now called it “premium. ” Premium doesn’t get you picked up faster and if paying an extra 2+$/day to save the 5min to be dropped off first, then premium is for you. (And if you’re returning with other “premiums”, you’re now paying extra for a normal experience)

Secret Pro Tip: If you want to always guarantee you’ll get dropped off first, park in A lot closest to shuttle entrance.

So easy! We’ve never had any problems. Drivers are usually great - sometimes they don’t really help with the luggage, but for the most part it’s not a problem. They are very friendly and courteous. Ride can be a little rough at times but just hold on! We Always use them; it’s actually cheaper and more convenient than parking at the airport parking.

Reserved for two days and my flight was delayed for a few hours and they charge me an extra day for exiting the parking lot 3 hours later than my original reservation. I will avoid parking spot in the future.

In general have had good experiences with this parking and shuttle service. Was a bit annoyed with the recent reservation, as I paid for premium to be able to charge my car, but was unable to do so because you have to bring your own charging cable now. Wish this change had been communicated, so I could have actually taken advantage of the service that I paid for!

Traveled to Austin airport and chose The Parking Spot East while on our trip to Boston. The van drivers were extremely courteous and helpful with baggage. Our vehicle was secure and protected under an awning while away. Great job to all The Parking Spot employees!

Be cautious. Our truck got broken into the first night of us leaving our truck at this facility. We were never contacted about the incident and weren’t aware until we came back 4 days later and saw for ourselves. So our truck sat in the lot for days, with a broken window for days. They refunded the stay, but still not reasonable for lack of communication.

The Parking Spot East is our favorite off-site parking location at the Austin Bergstrom Airport. We like the easy access to the toll road. We have great parking and none of the hassle of Austin traffic.

Be careful when considering using this service, we arrived at the parking spot with plenty of time to spare before our flight boarded, at least we thought. We arrived, parked and stood waiting for 35 minutes before a driver arrived. We called the parking spot front desk as we were standing there concerned we were going to miss our flight, the person unapologetically stated "we only have two drivers". We would have been better off using economy parking, will not use this service again.

I received an e-mail from the Parking Spot, after posting a one star review, asking for my confirmation number. They ultimately refunded my money and did the right thing. Thank you for your help.
