The venue itself was nice, staff was friendly, the crowd is alright depending on the show Security was pretty well organized on the days I attended shows. Drinks are expensive but food wasn't too badly priced. Overall it's a decent venue.

I've been twice here at the TOYOTA MUSIC FACTORY both times were amazing. It is kid friendly and the staff were quick to help with the seating. Food and drinks worth your money. Love how they have clean seats and clean floors.

Went to see the $UICIDEBOY$ Grey Day concert, and OMG, I was speechless. It was such an amazing experience! The pit was WILD, and all the performers had such great energy!

Don’t waste your money paying for front seats, all the people from the back seats get in front of you and at the halls and the staff don’t do anything about it. I spend almost $1000 so my kids can safety look an artist and my daughter got hit by a drunk lady when we were stand in our area just because all the crowd

Great place for small concerts, the view from anywhere on the seats is great, drinks are overpriced. But over all great place

Came here for the Tlc concert. It was a great experience. They were organized and made sure everyone was safe and following covid protocol. We had a great time. Oh the food was good too.

The seats are surprisingly comfortable and they had the big doors closed for colder weather. Will be going back for A LOT more shows!

To enter this venue you must have the covid vaccine card or bring a negative test that was within 72hrs. Sheep, I tell yah hope everyone stops going here.

My husband and I went to see Maverick City for our anniversary. The lawn was great, almost like stadium seats. The parking garage was really close to the venue. It was a great experience.

Great place to see a show and very good eatery around this location, how ever, if you come by uber there is literally no designated place for pick up and they close the one lane that's needed off after the show is over.

Warning Read BEFORE buying front row tickets!

I have never written a review but do so as a warning so no one else has to go through what I went through last night. I spent $400 in total on last night which is a lot of money for me but I saved up and did so because I am a big fan of the artist and thought I was guaranteed a front row seat. (Which is what I paid for) Below is how my seat and view should have looked. (That was my view when I got there with the opening act)
Next to it you see my view from my front row seat after the main act came on stage.
Why you ask? Well, they allowed all the rows behind of us to stand in front of us and block our FRONT ROW view like if it was a standing pit.

I paid very good money for a front row seat because I am grown and don't want to be in a mosh pit getting elbows to the face. (which is what ended up happening)
Toyota Pavillion if you want to do this kind of thing just keep it real and make it General Admission so we at least know what we're getting into.
Why would you take our money and "guarantee" a seat if your just gonna let people that paid 5x less than us bum rush the front and stand in front of us and block our views and rob us of our experience.

What a scam to us that paid all that money for front row seats. The only winners were the people behind us that paid much, much less and were allowed to steal our front seats AND to add insult to injury block our view.
I felt bad for my whole row as I could hear the frustration and impotence we all felt at the situation.
There was nothing we could do as there were so many people in front of us.
I have been to many concerts in my life and never felt so cheated and defeated.

I will Never recommend this place.
Save your money and just watch your favorite artist on YouTube. I don't want anyone to feel as ripped off and robbed as I do. What a waste of time, money and energy.

Absolutely AMAZING venue. Everything from the concessions, seating, field seating, stage was on point. Staff was very courteous and respectful of patrons. With the exception of standing behind a pillar in the grass section, there are no bad seats here.

Awesome venue. I was unable to find helpful information on their two websites or Facebook like. Can we bring food? Can we bring lawn chairs/blankets. Also, we bought tickets from stub hub and didn't know, until 2 hours before the concert, that proof of COVID vaccination or negative test was required.

I love this place the only thing I didn't like about it was that they stopped serving alcohol before the concert was even close to being over and I want to say it was close to 10: 00pm

Such a bummer - now they require vax records or that a perfectly healthy person pay for an expensive medical test to see a concert. I was super excited to see NTB with some friends but had to cancel because we believe in freedom and bodily autonomy.

Awesome venue. First and foremost, the security people here are amazing. Special shout-out to Linda (the goat) and Mark! We lined up at the venue at 11am for the show at 7pm. They were all so friendly and cool to talk to. Brought us waters, made sure we were good, they are just great people. I’ve never experienced that at a venue before. Made the experience of standing in line for 7+ hours so much more enjoyable. Venue was cool, the pit is HUGE. 10/10 would recommend
