Rude with be an understatement. I'm going through chemo and I barely had enough energy to get down. When I get there the owner is rude as heck! Like damn, we just ask a question! No need for rudeness! I left that nasty place

Had the classic bánh mì thịt nướng aka pork sandwich with an avocado smoothie. Smoothie was deliciously smooth and creamy, Flavor was great. Sandwich was packed with meat and tasty. Clean environment, fast service. Definitely coming back, to try the rest of the menu

Cannnot give you a review on the food due to the fact that i was denied of service!

Walked in at 6: 25pm trying to eat at the restaurant and they said no you can't eat in here, only to go.

I would understand if i walked in at the last minute.but there was literally nobody in there!

Was my go to pho place but they didnt let me eat inside the restaurant during open hours (6: 30pm they close at 7pm). I wont come here for a damn thing anymore. I went there regardless if the lady was rude, i went cause the food. But yeah she killed it for me. I Will not be going back. Thats ridiculous, and I managed food service for years.

The Steak Pho, shrimp Vermicelli, and Banh mi sandwich are all excellent. I can't eat there often enough. Be prepared for a lack of decor, nothing on the walls and a straight row of house plants near the windows. A new and clean restaurant, with a sterile atmosphere, similar to a hospital. Go anyway. The food is worth it.

From reading the reviews, I can agree the girl/lady in the front taking order is not the warmest. My dad wanted to try Pho here but I warned him that the reviews didn’t seem to be favorable. He asked her for a few “aunthentic” stuff that normally goes with pho and she was not the friendliest when answering. Never had a smile when greeting us. We just left because the vibe was off.

Food was alright, but the lady at the counter was SO rude, ugly attitude. First and last time here.

Today was my third visit, each time has been a different experience. Not for the best. While I really enjoy the food I order, it’s been accompanied by weird customer service.

For lunch I asked if my fried eggs could be medium and was firmly told they are only sunny side up and they do not flip eggs. My request for a longer cooked sunny side up egg was eventually agreed upon. My coworker had a similar weird experience when he asked for sugar for the unsweetened tea. Was instructed to use the artificial sweetener multiple times before receiving a small saucer of sugar from the kitchen. No attention after food was brought to the table, such as a single refill.

Unsure what these experiences mean but hopefully anyone else trying will have a better time. The food is good.

This establishment has been a hit since working from home was a thing. Great reliable quality and taste. I definitely will recommend.

Thank you for the food but horrible customer service. I guess she got mad because I didn’t tip for a to go order which was 10 orders and I went and pick it up. When I asked for siracha sauce she gave me only 4 I ask for more and she responded rude telling me next time to keep in mind she charge for those. Trust me it will not be a next time. I pay almost $200 and you can’t even give me sauces for 10 orders.

My initial visit (not busy) left me with a positive experience, leading me to bringing more people with me to share the same experience I had the first time around except it went terribly wrong. I guess working under pressure for these people isn’t their cup of tea but Ive worked in the food industry for many years before so I know things can be unpredictable, unbearable and being rude isn’t a solution.you should not yell at any customers as a validity of frustration as the lady that works here shows. Unfortunately this place lost all recommendations and services from me. You should learn from your reviews instead of validating them.

Placed a pickup order thru doordash and I didn't check it until I made it to my next destination which was in the same shopping strip. I ordered the shrimp vermicelli and instead of getting vermicelli I received white rice. I went back and the lady at the counter was more than willing to correct the order. But if you have been here before then u will know that if u are standing at the counter u can see directly into the kitchen. She took my order to the lady preparing the food and explained. She came back and said it will be a couple of minutes and to have a seat. I sat at the table in front of the counter with my back turned towards the kitchen. I turned around to see if it was ready and what I witnessed disgusted me to the fullest. The lady preparing my food was using her bare hands to place the food into the togo containers. They way it was done proved to me this is what she does all the time. When the lady from the counter brought me my food I explained to her that I actually saw her cook using her bare hands to prepare my food and explained how unsanitary that is. She immediately went to the cook and told her what I saw and that I wanted a fresh plate. The cook appeared with gloves on but I think the public should be made known of this practice. I honestly believe I should report this to the health department

Really bad customer service. The lady at the counter has a rude attitude. She answered every question with a bad attitude, so I just told her that I didn't want anything and left the place. No wonder the place was totally empty when I arrived.

This place is awesome. I wish they were open on weekends and later in the day, but I understand. We tried their rice and meat bowls. I had chicken and pork, and my partner had pork and beef. All the meats were incredible, juicy, flavorful, and tender. The rice was perfect. The fried shrimp bites are amazing, and I would happily pay for a bigger size if they came in one. Will be coming back many times. Service was very fast and courteous.

Not sure how this place has 4 stars, but it can't be for the pho. Broth tasted damn near like water. No depth in flavor at all that you expect when eating pho
