The Phoenix, Fort Worth TX

Very quiet and safe community. I love the parking ability on my floor and I don? T have to walk on any stairs anywhere in the apartments. Very clean and very responsive maintenance crew that has worked there many years.

I gotta say, I’ve loved living here the past 3 months. It’s the most beautiful and well kept apartment I’ve ever lived in. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to hang and I love my apartment itself. My AC went out last night around midnight so I called the emergency maintenance and they got a portable AC unit to me within an hour. And they repaired the AC unit this morning, in less than 12 hours after I reported the outage. I’ve lived places where my AC was out for days. I’m really impressed with their response time. I’ve had some issues with a neighbors barking dog and they’ve been understanding and worked closely with me to fix the issue. I feel safe in the parking garage and the hallways, and I get home from work late at night. Never had any issues with roaches or ants like previous places I’ve lived. It’s overall a great place to live. Central to everything. Great views. This is the place to be!

This was a great apartment experience, and I would recommend The Phoenix to any of my friends/colleagues moving to Fort Worth! At the front, Kimberly was always so helpful and kind. The maintenance service was always extremely timely, and Trey was very respectful. It is very quiet around this complex and the proximity to restaurants (driving), the interstate, and the medical district was ideal.

Such a great apartment complex in a perfect location for TCOM med students or Texas A&M Law school students and faculty. Everyone in the office (especially Allison and Kimberly at front desk) is so pleasant and helpful. Basically Chick-Fil-A level courtesy from everyone there. Anytime you need something fixed, the maintenance crew (Trey is great!) is on site and ready to make things right usually same day, it's amazing. We moved from a one bedroom at the Phoenix to a two bedroom after 2 years and they made the entire process so simple, and they were so flexible. Never a problem with any crime in the parking garage, never felt unsafe. After touring other complexes and hearing stories from others in different complexes, there's no doubt that the Phoenix is the best place for you or your kiddos going to school in Ft. Worth.

This is hands down the best rental / lease situation I’ve ever been in.

The staff at the front desk are phenomenal, it feels so casual and comfortable to interact with them unlike many other “luxury” apartments I’ve spoken with. The customer service here is luxury too:) including the maintenance crew who are extremely responsive and will even help you hang things.

I just renewed my lease again and after a year I’ve never seen pests. The bathrooms and closets are huge and so are the kitchens.

The people who live here are lovely and like to socialize at the pool, I’ve not met one rude neighbor and for the most part everyone is respectful of noise at night.

The parking garage is safe and I never struggle to find even first floor parking, my friends love being able to keep their cars safe.

From signing leases, adding pets, renewing leases (prices barely even went up), adding room mates- the entire process has been extremely easy.

I couldn’t recommend these apartments enough! I feel like there’s just no way you can find a better deal.
