Nice and clean and quiet rv park rates are affordable and there is a dollar store within walking distance from the park and lake Conroe is within walking distance also the marina has a nice boat ramp. Kayak and canoe rentals.

Excellent maintenance, management, clean showers with hot water, laundry room, affordable, surrounded by woods, wildlife, and family oriented people. Good, free water pressure, good cheap electric current, clean dumpster area away from the campers, pet friendly, kid friendly park, not over crowded. Just a little piece of heaven for us to live our RV life. Less than 5 miles from 45. I would highly recommend it.
