A lot more pricey now, 32 for a exterior wash, and I’m not sure if they have new workers but the wash isn’t as good anymore

They did an amazing job on my car! Honestly it’s not that expensive they take their time and clean every part of your car. I couldn’t believe how amazing my interior looked and smells fantastic! You definitely get what you pay for! I used to take my car to a drive thru wash on Braker Lane for 15 bucks plus a few bucks for the vacuum that barely worked! And it did nothing compared to this place! I’ll definitely pay the extra for the convenience. It’s worth every penny!

They did a amazing job cleaning inside and out. Very hard working and generous people. Bring cash to avoid the extra $2 fee as well as if you want to tip.

I have been coming here for months because they did a good job and the prices are great and my husband brings his truck too but its been 2 times now that i dont like the service i feel like they dont clean as good as before, i was there earlier and it took them 15-20 mins to clean it outside and inside i dont think that was enough time to do the job since it was very dirty and i didnt like the results. I see new workers i don’t know if that may have something to do with it, if it is i hope they improve there work also they even left trash i had a empty drink and they left it exactly where it was.

$45 for a hand car wash. Pricey.
Hope the workers get some protective gear- shoes, glasses etc.for their safety.

A bit pricey for a car wash ($45 for a full service wash/vacuum/basic interior detail), but if you don’t mind paying a little more, they do a great job. I drove off with my car looking like it was brand new off the dealership lot. Nice work.

Information on Google is not up to date. That or I was lied to. It states hand washes start at 13. Then the next option is 30 which gets you wash and quick interior vacuum/cleaning. When I got there I was only offered a 30 dollar exterior only hand wash. I asked about cheaper options and was told oh this is our new updated price. Seems like kind of a big jump from 13 to 30 to me. Then during the drying someone asked if I wanted the interior done as well. Did I not pay for exterior only? Seems sus.
As far as the quality, it's fine. Truck is clean, dried well. Missed some slightly hidden parts but no biggie. Also no clear instructions as to what they wanted me to do at any given moment. A lot of stares just looking at me as if I was supposed to tell them what to do. Very bizarre. Won't be coming back personally but if someone were to ask me if this is a good place to get their vehicle washed my response would be "meh. At least they hand dry"

This place is special, you only see hardworking people who make an effort to make my car shine. I always come here.

I like the speed of this location but the lack great follow thru when cleaning the inside of my vehicle twice now. The outside is always immaculate but they have one more try to get it right

Very well done hand wash place conveniently located just off Metric & Parmer Lane in North Austin! My car looks almost brand new!

It definitely isn't worth $27 for a wash. My car came out with scratch marks from the brush or mitt all over it. They spent about 5 minutes washing it inside the bay and left swirling scratches all over the car, and it also still had dirt on it. I have washed my car before with mitts and it takes a lot longer than 5 minutes (mid sized SUV.) Regret coming here as now I need to figure out how to repair the scratches left all over the car.edit: Avoid this place as it really is not worth it and they damage paint. The owner responded to this post without even the hint of an apology, instead placing the blame on the customer. I will upload pictures of the scratches left all over the car later, which will speak for themselves.

Awesome carwash but you will be charged an additional two dollars for using plastic. I guess it's a way to ensure they get tipped, oh well, they always do an outstanding job

Great car wash.best part is. ITS HAND WASHED.my rims & wheels look great an the people take pride in the work so no need to step out an think your going to find anything wrong. A+
