Both workers were very good helpers to us deaf people of getting information about these plants that we need to know. Thank you, Raymond and Rebekah.

This place is great! They always sell quality plants that will do well in the area. The staff is very kind and happy to help! They sell some seeds in bulk by the scoop, which really helps cut costs. Love this place!

My wife has visited here a few time. She loves plants and is all about supporting Local places here in NB. HOWEVER, every time she gets home from this place, she tells me how unfriendly/uninviting the costumer service is. They never ask if she needs help, even if they’re slow. They never greet her when she walks up to the counter, they just stare at her and check her out for her items with no simple costumer service conversation. Lastly, when she does ask questions they seem bothered that she asked. I know everyone has they’re bad days, we’re all human but every time is a little frustrating when your going to spend your money somewhere.
After looking into the other reviews, it seems she’s not the only one.
I’m not the the plants shopper. She is but I’m sure they lost her a costumer after several bad experiences. Hopefully something will change with the staff and how they come across to others so that Locals will continue to support locals.

I just got great help and advice on how to properly care for my lemon tree. Very helpful, and great at helping me understand how I need to change the way I'm caring for it. I really appreciated the kind help.

Me: "do you have snake plants? "
Them: "yes we do. "

Same day:
Me: *drives 20 min*

Me: "can you point me to the direction of your snake plants? "
Them: "oh we dont have any right now. We will this week though! "

I’m seeing some negative reviews about the employees and service. I’ve had a great experience every time I go to this store and they always provide great information about what can be planted at the time of year and they were very interested when I explained how I got rid of soil fungus gnats indoors (mosquito bits).

I love this plant store and I can’t believe anyone working there would be rude to a customer, so I would take those kinds of reviews with a grain of salt.

If you are looking to get some plants that grow well locally please stop in before you go to the big box stores.

I got the plants I wanted, but the customer service was horrible. They had ZERO customers, but no one wanted to help me find what I was looking for. When I checked out, the clerk complained about another customer. (Which means she will likely complain about me when I leave.) I won’t return.

Locals that are always helpful.
One of the only places to find some things, like s hooks and some really unique succulents.
We go every season to see what's new.nothing is new its just that time of year and so fresh! So much better than the box stores.

Visited the first time yesterday and must say I am highly disappointed. I asked for help to carry items outside and the employee seemed very annoyed and even me asking questions seemed too much. I didn’t feel welcome at all and have had more luck getting help at Lowe’s which is cheaper as well. I will not return.

Is there anything better than a store filled with plants and staff that are knowledgeable about them? Wonderful

I will never come to this nursery again! By me asking a question and forgetting the name of A certain type of plant that i was looking for. The minute I turn my back' the owner makes a joke, calls me a dummy' infront of his Employes they all started Laughing! So you would think you all being in your 70s-80s almost coming to the end, meeting Jesus Moment, that you all would be kind, and Compassionate Senior's. Try not to gossip about your customers!

Great selection. I drive here from San Marcos. Easily worth the drive. Plus their two cats are very cute. If they had a rewards program I'd enroll.

We love this place, more success with transplanting with their plants, great choices of pesticides and herbicides, natural options with lady bugs and preying mantis, plenty of supplies, pots and planters.

Lots of plants! Great selection. The ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back.
