The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center, New Caney TX

UPDATE: Been living here for about 10 months now. My 5 star rating has not changed! Staff are amazing, from the office to the maintenance. Every issue or question we have had, has always been promptly addressed. The amenities do not disappoint! The pool is amazing, never feels crowded whenever we go, there is lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Residents are nice and friendly, have met some great people living here! Brunch for the residents on Saturdays is a plus! Great way to meet your neighbors and mingle with the staff. Would STILL recommend this community! Just received our renewal offer and will definitely be signing another lease!

Was greeted promptly and welcoming by office staff. Was shown 2 units by Ashley (who was incredible!). They had 1st floor units available. The unit, community, and amenities were more than we were expecting, which is great! Submitted our application, was approved, and got our keys in a timely manner! Would recommend this community!

Mikesah Pickney is absolutely wonderful. Service has been great. Maintenance came out the same day for an issue. Fixed it quick. I'd recommend!

Hopefully, I get a chance to get the experience and reviews just the same as other. This lifestyle is what I want me and my to be able to enjoy while living the resort life of home!

My wife and I just turned in our keys to our home of three years, it was extremely bittersweet as we LOVED living here. We just moved into a home so didn’t leave The Pointe for another apartment complex. I spent a lot of my time walking my boxer dog Maze, the area in and around the complex is very open and huge so plenty of space to release her energy. The pool area is so beautiful, the fitness room has updated equipment and is always very clean. The community and neighbors were always very kind and polite, I enjoyed getting to know everyone. The leasing agents are amazing, polite, and always very helpful. I would often see Mikesah’s smiling face in the office, she was always very kind and really cared about helping with anything we needed. I will most definitely miss living here, thank you so much for a wonderful living experience!

We love living here at The Pointe! The scenery makes us feel like we truly are at a resort. Fun weekly events. The up keep is always on point. All of the staff are respectful and nice. Especially Mikesah, she continues to make our stay amazing and always available for any help. She is a great asset to The Pointe! Always a pleasure to see at the office!

I visited the apartment complex for a tour and they were really nice. The next day, I received a phone call asking if I was still interested. All I said was, I'm not moving until the middle of January, why are you calling. They said something rude and hung up! This person was very unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed in my home of three years. I have reached out about a certain matter only to be treated as if I have not paid rent here for three years. The builder refuses to email nor call me back. This has put me in a bad place concerning my current situation. I will be forced to move out of my home due to their neglect and lack of care towards their residence. I have been a loyal resident and can’t believe how I am being treated here. Corporate will not call you back nor do they care about us. Please take your money and live somewhere that people actually care to work with their loyal residents.

You've done way more than the leasing agent who signed me up. We really need more people like you working in the office. I love your energy and can do attitude! You are AWESOME!

Very nice property, toured with Ashley. She was really knowledgeable and patient. She took time out to understand my apartment needs. I'll definitely be renting with her real soon.

This place is a joke. They are unprofessional as they do not honor they were mission, statement, or commitment to the current residence or the future resident. The office team shows that they’re rude and always in a bad mood. Don’t listen to complaints and don’t answer the phones. Horrible place to live. Dog park right next to the kid playground disgusting. Can’t use the amenities. Apartment has mold problem. Can smell neighbors smoking weed and cigarettes. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Amazing scenery and community. We recently moved in and Ashley was amazing, she really helped us get the best deal for our one bedroom. We called every two days and every time she answered with great information and attitude. I would really recommend moving here and make sure you ask for Ashley!

Everything was great first few weeks. The place is still perfect
however the staff needs improvement. Ashley has not reach out check to see if everything's okay or responded to any of the emails I sent. I guess they only care you sign the lease and give them a check. Packages sit in office for weeks with no notification they're there. Valet Trash is a joke they pick and choose what to take. Maintence is great he's always prompt and very friendly. Management has alot of work to do!

I meet the requirements well over, they have openings, but I’m being denied.
In trying to communicate that I didn’t understand the lack of justification with the woman at the front, she was belligerent.

Great place staff is constantly putting on some kind of community event! The lake to fish in is great as well as the pool is beautiful the complex feels safe and is lovely to walk around in! The actual apartments are very well done and are very nice to look at! The maintenance orders are done almost always the same day if not the next day. I moved in with my fiancé in July 2022 we both love it here

This place has horrible and greedy management, is unsafe despite the gate, and does not care about its residents. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Poor management. Apartments fall apart faster then the paint drys. Don't listen to concerns of the people. Walls are so thin you can smell the neighbors smoking weed and cigarettes in your own apartment causing multiple asthma attacks, management stated (we can't do anything about it). Price is outrageous for a mediocre place to stay.

We love our new place and are very thankful for Brooklynn's assistance, professionalism, and hospitality. We worked very closely with Brooklynn, who has been AMAZING! From start to finish, Brooklynn has done everything to make our experience smooth and seamless. There were a few hiccups along the way, but both Brooklynn and Cindy worked together to get them resolved quickly and made it painless for us. Thank you both!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of community activities here and free breakfast often. This place is beautiful! Very pet friendly. Maintenance is great. My only complaint is the extra service fee they add on to your rent which is mandatory.
