I enjoy living here. The front office staff is always so helpful and they are constantly showing love to us tenants. We have Wine Down Wednesday, food trucks, and events throughout the year.
Maintenance is always on time and they're quick!
The property is well-managed and maintained.
Thanks for doing a great job.

I've been living at this complex since August of 2022, and it's by far the best complex I've ever lived in. Everything from Cleanliness, Communication with the office staff, it being pet friendly really makes me happy that I chose The Pointe at Westlake. Also, they are always doing something for the residents; movies, food trucks and ect. Ms. Liz is amazing by the way, sooooo professional and makes sure that you're happy.

If you ever receive the opportunity to move here; do it! I had the opportunity to work with Liz during my application process and I cannot say enough how awesome she is! This has been one of the smoothest application processes that I’ve ever been through! She always responds right away and is always so pleasant and joyful when speaking to her. Even when she was away, she made sure to let me know who would be available to assist me if I had further questions. I even needed to change my move in date at the last minute due to my job requiring me to take care of some things before moving to another city permanently; and that too was super easy and she was happy to assist as always! I am excited to be moving here and I’m glad that I found this property!

The staff is friendly, and always have been so i give the staff a 5 star! However the property itself is only kept up to where it is visible to those looking from the outside in. If you have a spider phobia DONT MOVE HERE. Spiders are everywhere, my front door, the elevator it’s highly disgusting. I’ve asked several times for maintenance to do something about the spiders which they have but only upon request. I feel like the property should be kept up better. There should be no reason why i olen my front door and there are spiders everywhere. Very unpleasing.

Called several times to inquire about an apartment but no one ever answers, the one time there was an answer I heard laughter and the phone hung up, it's ridiculous smh.

I only rented an apartment because the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I went to so many other apartments and the staff acted as if I interrupted them by stopping and asking questions. The Rosemary actually asked me to come back in an hour because they were all eating at 230 pm. The Sarah was so unfriendly that it turned me away. My experience with The Pointe has been extremely top-notch! My apartment is nice and clean. The easiest experience I've had renting an apartment!

I will tell any one if you have a background with an assault do not waste your time no matter what they tell you. I’m 45 I had a fight 17 and caught an assault case and was denied. The apartment locator who sent me was friends with the woman who worked there. The apartment locator told me they would work with me cause my stuff was old. They look passed a possession when I was 28 and nothing on my record ever since but denied me on a assault case when I was 17, crazy. Waste of time and money…. I truly believe if I would have been white I would been approved with the same record. Say what you want but it’s true. Surely if this is you and your black male don’t waste your time cause your going to lose your money. Sometimes my own people will not even give a second chance…That’s sad…!

Everyone that we met in the front office were helpful, friendly and professional. The property is very well kept and the floor plans are spacious. Ms. Liz is amazing and made the whole process super easy. My husband and I can’t wait to move in!

I have been very unhappy with the complex since day one. I relocated from Kansas City, Missouri to Houston and saw this apartment online, it looked nice. I was able to sign a lease quickly. Once I moved in the experience has been completely Unpleasant. On move in day the maintenance assisted with my move in process. The leasing agent stated that “she had other things to be doing that day and that I had been taking to long” (again I was relocating from The Midwest so I was driving down) The complex locked me out of my apartment one day while I was out of town. I left my keys inside my apt for my mother who was coming to visit, in which they had pest control come out to set traps for a mouse (yes that’s another issue mice) I was not made aware that pest control would even be entering my apartment on that particular day… This happened on a Saturday.the office was closed.in which no correspondence was sent out to residents stating that they would be closed. I call maintenance and they stated I need to call a locksmith to let me in my apt, I explain that the complex locked me out. In which they stated it would take them 2 hours to unlock my door. In which it was raining and cold outside, so I sat in the rain for TWO hours waiting for maintenance to open the door. They arrive don’t even speak unlocks the door and walks off. My belongings were recently stolen Keys included and I asked maintenance to unlock my door in which I was told “sorry we have done this for you before.as if I locked myself out the first time …we’re not doing it again call a lock smith”

By the way they still have not found the mouse as of yet

I would recommend NOT moving here. It’s a beautiful property, however my experience has been Terrible so much so to the point I can NOT WAIT for my lease to be up. I have been here since and it’s been a terrible experience thus far

I wish my boyfriend had read the reviews about the thin walls. He was really interested in this place and was called about an availability after he was told units weren’t available until February. It makes me wonder if the tenants before experienced what he does. Since day one so much noise upstairs when I visit. Much louder than his television. We quarantined together and the noise made our migraines 10x worse. Walking heavily I completely understand and can deal with. We hear lots of running, drop kicking, rolling noises and screaming. Informed management. Filed noise complaints. Called the police who were told that three kids live there. I showed up yesterday and saw a raw egg on the ground that looked like it had been thrown or dropped. He doesn’t eat eggs so this was confusing. He really loves his peace and quiet and I just wanted to give a warning to others before signing a lease here.

I have been here since March of 2021 and wanted to give it enough time to give a good review. This is a fantastic place to live. The location is great and accessible, the complex itself is beautiful inside and out and priced very competitively for how nice it is. It is well maintained and both the front office staff and maintenance are quick to respond and very understanding. The whole move-in process was enjoyable and painless. The only gripe I have is with the trash, in that some residents do not follow the rules on where, when and how to put their trash outside and there can and should better enforcement of it. There is also frequent overflow at the dumpster that could probably be handled better. However, these matters don't really affect me personally so they are easy to overlook. This is an excellent apartment living experience. If you are looking in the area, I would definitely give The Pointe consideration.

Absolutely enjoy living here at The Pointe! Front office respects concerns and is quick to respond if you have any questions. The flats are great and I really enjoy the terrace. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems that come up. Professional workers both front office and workers!

This is an amazing community! It’s quiet and peaceful. Never had a single issue in this community. The amenities are amazing as well. Pool is superb and a nice spot to sit and relax. Management is great! Liz and NuNu are the best hands down! I’m happy I found this community live in.

Everyone here was incredibly helpful in laying out what was needed in order for me to secure an apartment! The office is full of welcoming staff that eagerly answered any questions I had and made sure I felt at home. Being a first time renter is nerve racking as is, but Liz was able to guide me through the process with ease. I can already tell that moving here was worth the wait and I am excited for the months to come!

I love it here! And let me tell you about the lovely women in the office! This place it beautiful inside and out. The staff are friendly and helpful. They community welcoming. I have no complaints.

I had a leak in my apartment late one night. I called the Emergency line for maintenance they responded really quickly within 5 minutes of calling they took care of it right there and then and had it prepped for the next morning. They had to repair the ceiling and the carpet where it was submerged with water. They came out and did it within the following day or two and they did an amazing job. Thank you Management for your hard work. Maintenance; you guys are great! Thank you for hard work.
