The unit next to me & across from me are extremely noisy- Especially from 2am-4am. Domestic disputes, music playing at extremely high volume, yelling, getting home so drunk they can’t even park their vehicle in their garage- they leave it parked in the lane of traffic. Horrible neighbors, extremely ghetto!

The staff is friendly, GREAT location, maintenance is quick to respond & the Hub is a nice feature. Only Downside -exterior & parts of the interior are showing their age.

Be ready for stolen mail, no water, no ac, and no maintenance being done while living in these “luxury” apartments. Military families should steer completely clear because of what happens after you move out of state with orders.

Once you move out be ready for them to incorrectly bill you and then never hear from them again. Moved out in Sept, received an invoice in Sept with charges for Oct utilities asked for them to be removed. Heard nothing. It’s now April and I only found out these charges were still outstanding when I got a notification on my credit that I’d been sent to collections.

My family and I have been living at the Quarry Townhomes for about 4 months now. We love the area, but unfortunately we have had a lot of maintenance issues with our home. We personally don’t think that the price is reasonable considering all the maintenance.

The amenities also need a 360 degree upgrade. The gym is definitely outdated and the pool needs new seating areas. The pool also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, so I wish they would maintain it a little better.

Other than that it’s a nice neighborhood to live in.

Love the office staff and the maintenance crew! They are always there when you need them and are so polite and always friendly.

Unfortunately the quality of this property has deteriorated over the past three years. They sell themselves as a luxury complex, but have gates that do not function, a pool that is unaccessible and has pool furniture that has rotten and is falling apart. Landscaping that died during the freeze and has not been replaced. They are unable to keep maintenance personnel. They continue to raise the rent and do not provide the same level of service and amenities. I would pass on this property.

The water has been shut off over 5 times in the past 6 months.

Also looking at their reviews, it appears they make their vendors give them 5 star reviews in exchange for their business to hide the voices of actual residents.

I loved living here! Was forced to move abruptly because I had a major stroke and couldn’t handle the three story stairs. The QUARRY townhome team/ Vanessa; which really makes all the difference in the quality of living, when you have a solid management team and staff. They are. Nice, kind, friendly, know you by name, care about you and making sure you are comfortable in your apartment. The list could go on. They also have a good selection of floor plans to choose from with a lot of really nice sized units. The townhomes also have a lot of great natural lighting for us plant lovers. Very beautiful townhome with relaxing community. Location is also fantastic.amazing views all around, short walking distance to several nearby shops, seconds across the street from a golf course, Great restaurants, and a nearby movie theater, short quick drive to the pearl, or you could bike over to broadway, close to highways for easily getting to other areas of town, could use more events for residents.really an ideal community. Definitely recommend! Overall, I am super thankful for the team here and how they make it such an enjoyable place to live and call home.

So, what a year spent here. I will say, this exact instance, you will get EXACTLY what you pay for, and waste money in the process. For the first 8 months -EIGHT MONTHS- of my lease, I had a faulty AC. I moved in July 2020. Countless gas bills, electricity bills, and even hotel bills (at one point the temp in my unit was 102). Their solution? A $250 credit to my account and that was only when I finally went above the manager's head after 8 months. $250 didn't even cover half of it. Your mailbox will be broken into monthly. Thinnest walls you'll ever have. Neighbors are somewhat nice but the one to the left of me (I was in unit 1014) blasted club music all day and all night, it was like I lived next to a frat house. When I asked politely to turn it down, he told me to "F off. " On top of the fridge, AC, stove, toilet, and countless other things never once working 100%, it's poorly insulated. I spent my own money to insulate since it would get insanely hot and cold in the changing months. Upon move out, not only did I not get my deposit back, but they sent ME a $150 bill for "damages, " even though I spent money to IMPROVE the place. Stay away. Dear lord, what a nightmare. I have never experienced such laziness and zero compassion. I plan on talking to overhead yet again for all the money and stress they've cost me but based on past experience, I doubt they'll care.

Such a professional staff, worked directly with Vanessa Gonzales, assistant manager on stucco repairs to the property. As a sub-contactor it is refreshing to have someone punctually provide needed information to move forward on project without delay. I highly recommend The Quarry Townhomes.

This place is amazing. I usually don't write reviews but these townhomes really make me feel at home. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and professional! I'm really hoping that my application goes through!

Perfectly located in the heart of Alamo Heights. Spacious and warm, truly made to feel like “home. ” The true gem of the property is the Assistant Manager, Vanessa Gonzales. She is detail oriented, courteous, and welcoming. You won’t regret making The Quarry Townhomes, your next home.

Vanessa Gonzales is the sweetest manager ever and is very thorough with all prospective residents. I know I can call her for any issue and she'll accomodate me the best she can. Always goes above and beyond for her residents, treats them like real people. Truly the property's greatest asset.

The location is amazing and you can't beat all the great amenities. Steps away from the Quarry Market, Trader Joes, and country club. Very safe and welcoming to all!: D
