The Quixotic World Magical Event Space, Dallas TX

Small venue in deep ellum for intimate shows and parties. I went to a Coldplay candle lit symphony and really enjoyed it. The string quartet did a wonderful job at interpreting the songs.

This show was interactive, absolutely hilarious, the witches were gorgeous and did such an amazing job with the crowd. The beer was delicious and all in all I’m so thrilled to have spent the night out at this show! Well worth it.

Excellent venue that you won’t regret choosing. Eric and his staff were incredible to work with and made my night so much easier. Right in the center of Deep Ellum. The venue itself is beautiful and our guests loved how detailed it was themed. Really great that they allow you to have an open bar and provide your own alcohol for their bartenders to serve, saved our guests thousands that would’ve been spent at other venues. We didn’t hire any of them but the list of entertainers Eric has that you can add to your package is absurd, everything from a Trump impersonator to aerial performers. We will definitely be working with them again.

Great venue to work with. Amazing sound and experience from the staging to the ambiance. The crew is awesome and fun to deal with. We work with them every year on our events and will continue to do so.

Had our Spring 2022 Fraternity Formal here. Since we haven't had a Formal since Spring 2019 because of COVID, I was a bit overwhelmed/stressed as Social Chair for the fraternity since I wasn't sure if I could find a venue that could accomodate all of our members and their +1's, as well as being exciting and aesthetic. I, as well as all of the attendees (around 112 in total), LOVED our event here. Everyone said they had a great time here. Eric was incredibly helpful every step of the way and had everything taken care of. Would recommend for sure!

I’m so happy that I chose this place to celebrate my 40th bday. We had so much fun here! Eric and his crew were very helpful and so nice. The bartender even joined the party! I will definitely recommend this venue for your party/event. You won’t regret it!

Our reception was held at Quixotic World in Deep Ellum. It was an out of the box idea for a wedding reception, but everyone had an amazing time! Eric and his crew were very prompt in responding to any correspondence. They were also able to help with all kinds of logistical questions for having an event in Deep Ellum. Eric even made sure my husband and I were well fed and had a drink in our hand if we needed/wanted it. He was very attentive.

The space itself was unique and it was incredibly easy to set up, as the tables, linens and centerpieces were ready for us when we arrived. The list of entertainers was staggering and we were able to use the aerial dancer and caricature artist; both of those were a hit! Everything was beautiful, unique and entertaining. I would 10/10 recommend this event space for an out of the box experience. My only regret is not trying to set up valet parking for the event. That part was tricky. (Nothing Eric could do about that, though).

Beyond fantastic. We booked thus venue 5 months ago for a formal event & it was perfect. Met all our expectations & then some.

We organized a Bridgerton themed formal event. Essentially Prom for adults.

Dresses from today's styles to early 1800's theme related. My husband had bought for our 37th anniversary the Empress pkg of which there was only one, so I was the Empress of the Ball.

I had my dress made by friend who has done SCA for years, so very authentic.

Oh my goodness, I attended a birthday party at Quixotic tonight. What a beautiful venue. There's nothing to do but enjoy yourself. Eric the owner was so pleasant. Staff included. This place is what you make it. Relaxing or high energy.

We hosted our company holiday party here and it was awesome! The space is so unique and perfect for events. Eric was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend booking for events!

If I could give them more stars I would. Eric and his staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful event. Very friendly, thorough and very quick at responding to any questions or concerns we had. The space is beautiful and no additional decorations were required, they had everything you need for a good event. Very surprised they are as affordable as they are for everything that comes with the venue. This was my 2nd time using them and couldn't recommend this place more!

We had our company holiday party here and it was amazing! Everyone raved about the venue. It was the perfect size and had so many convenient things that made the event such a success!

Looks like a cool place, but are the "ladies" on the corner laughing at walkers by a part of your gig? UPDATE: Thanks, Eric, for your response. Glad to hear that these "ladies" have nothing to do with your beautiful venue. Maybe the city should "sweep the sidewalks" more often. Quixotic is a fantastic venue for any party. The staff is super responsive and accommodating to pretty much any request you have. We have our Halloween party here every year, and they make it so easy and fun for us!

A few months ago I didn't even know about this place. Fast forward until this last weekend and I just had an amazing wedding there. The event space was extremely affordable and amazing to rent out. Pretty much everything was taken care of and eric, the owner, was there to ensure that our every last need was met. Aside from being helpful, the owner and the staff were just in general badass people that I wouldnt mind hanging with. 10/5

We celebrated a milestone birthday here this past weekend and it was fabulous. Eric was always available to answer questions leading up to the event and he was there to see that all went well during it. Our guests had never seen anything like it. The audio and video capabilities are unparalleled as is the decor. The caterer and bartender had plenty of room to set up and serve. The tables were decorated and there were plenty of photo-op nooks and crannies as well as a stage that converts to a shadow box. Very fun! We had ~40 people and the venue could easily accommodate at least 2-3x that. Now I'm looking for another reason to have a party!

We rented the space the night before Halloween for our wedding this year, and it was absolutely amazing! The space is really unique and has some gorgeous decor with plenty of awesome photo spots. Eric, the owner, was a godsend event planner and kept the event running smoothly with little to no direction needed from me. We would recommend this space to anyone looking for a magical place for their event!

When we toured this space in April, and booked it shortly thereafter, I've been living into that party every day! The event, held last weekend, was everything I wanted and more! It was a triumphant extravaganza! Every detail was complete: the bar, the food, the table settings, the music, the props, the stage, and of course, the fabulous Eric Sachs. I highly recommend this event space! I want to have another party there already!

I have SO MANY great things to say about this venue. Not only is it an incredibly beautiful and unique space, but Eric is extremely kind and phenomenal at accommodating events. I’ve planned numerous parties throughout the years and rented out many venues, but have never had the party planning process run as smoothly as it did at The Quixotic. Eric (the owner) is amazing to work with and makes sure everything comes together perfectly, and is also great at keeping communication open leading up to the date of your event. Highly highly recommend booking at this incredible space!
