The Real Estate Business School, Austin TX

I have been using the Real Estate Business School for all my real estate education for the past several years. They are the best. They truely bend over backwards and go out of their way to help their students any why they can and always pleasant on the phone. Today I needed to get my CE classes posted on the TREC website because tomorrow my real estate license would expire, and I would have had to pay an additional $200 if they weren't posted by the end of the day. Training Councelor, Tracie Jack and her team stayed after hours and made sure my classes were posted. She even texted me to let me know it had been done. Their classes are great! Their staff is great! And Wayne is a great instructor! Thank you all so very much for all you do!

I purchased the standard certification course on groupon yesterday. Have not received my courses and now the website to your school is completely down. No one will answer the phone either. I'm hoping this is just coincidence and not a scam.

The money spent here is well worth unlimited income. Back in 2015 is when I went to school. Everything was self paced and it was EASY. I passed the state exam on my first try. This is also the place to test for your continuing education. I’ve never tried another school because going on 8 years I e been happy with the quality of education!

Great school. Stumbled across it while looking for ce and training courses and was pleasantly surprised at how great the content is. I had some questions and even asked them to make a custom package and the customer service was super friendly helped grab the courses that I wanted. I definitely would recommend this school to any of my colleagues or anyone wanting to get a license.

I signed up for classes and never received a confirmation. I've emailed them twice and 4 days later, still haven't heard back from them. Very strange because I have taken classes through them before and have been very happy. So I'm surprised that I haven't heard back from them.

The course its self if KIND of easy to follow along with, but they dont hit the Texas portion of the exam very well. Luckily I bought practice exams to see where I was lacking, and purchased an additional class to get the Texas portion learned. Then, there were multiple questions no the quizzes where they would use the wrong terms on the questions and the answer would be for a different term. Like tenancy at will and tenancy at sufferance. Two total different things, but they mixed them up. Then, the class modules are out of ordered so I went in chronological order and I was really confused until I finished the course and realized that were not in order.the lady that teaches seems super unprofessional in her lectures as well. If I had to do it again I would definitely choose a different school

That isn’t entirely true about thousands of students passing with this course. If you check the TREC website this school is below 50% pass rate. I also find it weird that they addressed anything negatively said about them with an argument and trying to use “facts” to disprove that. But then not actually using facts. Again, would not use this school again.

This school is AMAZING! I will and have recommended this school to my family and friends. The course is super easy to learn. The instructor, Micah, was very knowledgeable and helped make retaining the information very simple! I loved how the courses were put together and every thing was all online. So it was super convenient!
