Dr. Tanner is the first Doctor following a neck injury and recent hospitalization/diagnosis of P. O. T. S.to explain so much about my autonomic system, it’s correlation to my additional symptoms and how my nerves connect to the vertebrae exactly where my neck injury occurred. His explanation made so much sense and I am pleased to say I came to Dr Tanner after using a wheelchair while using a walker and am now walking unassisted and am so much closer to feeling back to “normal! ” My back pain has never been so relieved too. Dr Tanner is my first experience with a chiropractor and I am so grateful he is the one we found!

Since day one of barely walking into the office with severe back pain, swollen from pain, and poor spine curvature…. Dr. Tanner has been an awesome chiropractor and mentor in my healing process. His process in education me in my healing journey was excellent and informative. I recommend using him as your first source for your chiropractic needs and overall health.

Dr. Hays has worked wonders for my infant! If I could rate higher I absolutely would. Him and his entire staff is absolutely wonderful, you are always greeted with a smile and they are more than willing to answer any questions you may have as well going in depths to explain to help you feel comfortable. I was so nervous about taking my newborn and if it was worth it but it 1000% is. In just a few appointments they have helped my baby so much.

Love the atmosphere, the staff is super helpful and kind. The building is new and clean, very inviting. I would recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone needing chiropractic help.

I know when I go to my appointment I am greeted with a smile. They are ready for me to arrive, and I rarely wait at all. I am asked by Dr. Hays how I am doing. We always exchange some words about that. Once I am done its another pleasant exchange and I am on the way to my next visit of the day. Thank you for making this such a pleasant and easy experience. The problem I was having could not be treated at the refinery. Had a great conversation with the doctor and they refunded my money and Wish me good luck. Very friendly staff.

So far, so good! They really ask some great indepth questions and make some connections you don't usually get with a chiropractor!

Update: This office is extremely efficient! Not to mention the wonderful staff and doctor. Things are going great! I'm super happy thus far.

4 stars for now because I haven't had my first adjustment yet.
But the initial consult gave me hope and has me very excited to work with Dr. Tanner to get some relief from the many issues I have.

As an expecting mother/mother this is such a great place to receive chiropractic care. Dr. Tanner is so thorough and knowledgeable. The Refinery staff is ALWAYS so welcoming and pleasant. A few things that I really love about this practice is the education/ knowledge they share with me regarding care I am receiving as well as neurological health information and anatomy. Lastly, if you have little ones, they encourage you to bring them along for your appointment. This was lifesaving for me, as I am a stay at home mom. Couldn’t recommend this practice more!
