HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company
Contracts Carriers to move their product and makes them sit ALL DAY w/o paying detention. They feel their time is more valuable then the contracted Carrier. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Carriers shouldn't be expected to burn their fuel waiting for shippers to load them whenever they feel! BAD SHIPPER!

Why order a truck if the load isn’t ready? Truckers stay away. This place will kill your clock and they will not pay detention.

Been here to load concrete panels a few times, and every time it is at least 3hr+ wait to get loaded. The material is either not ready, or the office hasn't communicated any load changes to the loaders. They DO NOT pay detention pay so you are left here to waste your time and hours if you are a trucker. There seems to be no care about the process from their front office. They dont communicate with you beyond the check-in. In fact, they would care less if they could. Horrible place to load out of. Paperwork takes another hour after being loaded. God forbid they load the wrong stuff!

Got loaded fairly quickly. Under an hour, but been waiting 45 minutes in the office for paperwork while this lady types as slow as possible making faces like it’s her first time seeing a computer. What is this sorcery that displays letters and numbers in a bright box as I touch the corresponding letters and numbers on this contraption connected to it by this wire? I feel like I’m the first load out of this place and the office staff is still figuring out how everything works.

Been here waiting to get loaded since 11 a.m. As I'm writing this as 5: 30 p.m. Avoid this place at all cost

Eat your clock up waiting for them to get you loaded now 4hours PLEASE STAY AWAY. The star is because the office was open. SMH WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY ID THIS.

Currently going on 3 hours to be loaded. No ones came and informed me of anything. And I’m hungry.

I sat here for 7 hours before they even started loading and win I got to the drop location they were aggravated because I was late due to this company and also note if you don't get paid for sitting and waiting then it is a waste of time

Worst place to deliver a load/ pick up. I sat 4 hours on a load of lumber.no detention pay.unorganized and crowded.will not except any load picking up or deliver to them.don't care what it pay

Do not come to this place they take the whole day to get you Loaded, waranted!

Not. A good place to load out from especially if you have less that 5hrs on your clock cause you will be sitting here for a while.
