The Reserve at Dry Creek, Hewitt TX

I moved into The Reserve @Drycreek 5 years ago and has been the best experience of my life. When I first moved in the manager was Terria Johnson and we got along great and I was impressed with how how well she handled situations and treated everyone. Now we’re under new management with Michelle Silva and it’s been a great experience. Her open door policy and friendly service is great. Always acknowledging that she is always available to talk if you have a problem. The friendly atmosphere is amazing too it feels like Home with a Big extended family. I enjoy all the Activities we have, Bingo, arts and crafts, potluck, movie day.etc, It’s just a fun time here. I love living here, that’s very important to me. I would definitely recommend the Reserve @Dry Creek to anyone. And Hannah our Activity Manager is great as well, very friendly and accommodating. Jeff our maintenance guy is always in top of things. Hannah was most helpful. She took the time to share lots of information on The Reserve and other properties in the area. The Reserve is a beautiful and quiet property. I look forward to someday living there!

Took the tour, this place is great. Nice staff, friendly and answered all questions. I got on the waiting list and and I am awaiting a respone now. This IS where I want to live.

Wonderful place to live. Management and maintenance are friendly and welcoming. We have such a great community. We have so much available here with a gym, business center, library and community room with activities. I feel truly blessed to call this my home.

My air conditioner was not working. Temp in apartment was 81. Temp outside was 108. Manager told me situation was emergency & would be treated as such. Jeff w maintenance replaced air compressor immediately. It felt so good to have cool apt! Thank you so much!

Had the pleasure of talking with Michele today when I went to visit my mom. Michele was very pleasant and I had a few questions for her, she was very inviting told me to come in and she answered all my questions and concerns. So glad my mom and the rest of the tenants there has someone who cares about them. I know my mom is in good hands with Michele and staff! Thanks

Let me start by saying this apartment community is absoultely wonderful. Michele and Hannah are so sweet and inviting. If you are looking for a wonderful place to call home you can't go wrong with The Reserve at Dry Creek. If a could give it 10-stars i would!

It was refreshing to meet someone like Michele who genuinely took an interest in our needs and focused on listening to what was important for us. We had been searching for a forever home for Grandma and Grandpa for almost 4 Months. None of the places we went to had someone like Michele working and willing to put the effort it takes for such an important decision. A lady named Hannah also seemed to be equally excited about making sure PaPa and GiGi had a wonderful home to call their own. What stood out the most was that I felt I was talking to someone instead of talking to a process or salesperson trying to meet a quota or something. Listening and eye contact is important! Not only for my generation but to my grandparent's generation as well. While we still want to shop around and make sure of all the locations, we plan on visiting before making this decision. I will however say this place immediately shot up to number one in our consideration. Stay true and humble Michele there's not a whole lot of people in this world that can say that they are any of those things.

Manager Michele is very kind and cares about helping you. I like how patient she was with me too when it came to my questions. Staff greet you with a smile. Can’t wait to move there when it’s my turn. Beautiful property. Lovely staff.

Very impressed with this community. Michele in the office takes the time to share a lot of information, answer all my questions, and show me around the complex. I was ready to move in right away. The Reserve at Dry Creek is definitely my first choice for a community to call home.

I liked the surroundings and I will continue to fill out the application. I would also like a tour of a one and two bedroom place.

I Love this place the Property Manager Teria is very personable and listens to what you have to say! The property is well kept and clean! The Maintenance Staff here always to a Great Job!

The lady who showed me around was very polite and knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcomed. I left feeling very excited.

I am looking for a home for me and my mom. A friend lives there and my son suggested we look there first. Very excited to be on the waiting list. Looks like a great place to live.

Stopped by to see a friend and visited with Secret and she was very nice and informative with answers to my questions, just didn't have a unit because I really would have liked to have seen what the cottages looked like. Very nicely kept property.
